We had the best first visit experience! My son was so happy it is a very welcoming place. The girls at the front desk Connor and Indra, were very friendly and answered all my questions. While my son was being seen Viviana and Alexis did a great job at assisting Dr. Matt. He made sure that all my concerns were resolved. 10000/10 would recommend!

I recently took my child to Kid’s First Pediatric Dentistry, and the experience was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the office had a bright and cheerful atmosphere, filled with colorful decorations and kid-friendly artwork that immediately put my child at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist was patient and explained each step of the process in a way that my child could understand, making the visit much less intimidating. Both Dr. Matt and Dr. Gil, the dentists, were warm and took the time to answer all our questions, ensuring we felt comfortable. The office also had a great play area, which was a nice distraction while waiting. They even offered prizes for kids after their appointments, which my child loved! Overall, Kid’s First is an excellent choice for pediatric dentistry. I highly recommend it for any parent looking for a supportive and fun environment for their child’s dental care.

2022-Everyone at this dentist’s office is great - the front desk, nurses, and dentists. They let my toddler sit on my lap and lay down on me to get his teeth looked at and brushed which helped him feel at ease. They did not force anything and they were super friendly. We haven’t experienced any cavities, so I can’t speak to that. They have a sticker collection to choose from when you leave. We plan to continue going to this dentist. 2024 update-since my 3 year son has had good experiences here the last two visits, he let the hygienist clean his teeth and let the dentist see inside his mouth too. They turned on the tv when he started getting restless waiting for the dentist to examine him which helped him relax. Thanks Dr. Matt and Hygienist Alyssa! They have fun dinosaurs with teeth and a big tooth brush the kids can use to brush their teeth.

Our family has been going to Kids 1st for over 14 years now and it is an excellent experience every time. Every person we’ve worked with there has been top notch. However, yesterday was particularly special, because my 11 year old son got to work with Logan at the Elgin location. My son historically gets very nervous in the dental chair and struggles to get through his regular 6 month cleanings. Logan had this awesome, calming energy that just relaxed my son and for the first time ever he was done before his siblings, because he was able to cooperate and just be chill. Logan really stands out for not only having the skill to do a great job with the teeth, but also for his amazing vibe that made for an extra special visit yesterday. Thanks, Logan!

Both of my kids 4 & 14 do very well at this dentist. We have tried others and at times we’re even turned away because my child was too nervous. This environment is very welcoming to kids, the waiting room has stuff for them to do to help them get comfortable in the office. Once in the chair (both of my kids always have gone at the same time next to one another) it’s helpful to minimize increased anxiety and get us done sooner. The hygienists are kind, gentle and they do a great job of keeping the kids calm and ease them into the cleaning. The Dr is fun and engaging with the kids, offering a non threatening and cheerful environment. The kids can choose from some pretty cool prizes at the end, stickers, charms, fidgets and tattoos. They’re doing everything right over there. As an adult who was made extremely terrified of the dentist as a child and who is now paying the price of my delayed dental care. I applaud their efforts to make going to the dentist a pleasant experience for kids! Well done!
