My son has been coming here for 14 years. He is 16. We drive from 4 hours away for his dental care there. Wonderful staff

Dr Randy and his staff (specifically Allison) are amazing! My little one has special needs and seeing medical professionals of may kind is challenging for her. They made her feel safe and comfortable. They are straight forward and explain everything simply and efficiently along with being incredibly kind and thoughtful. The office staff and all three Doctors are wonderful. They have continued to see our special needs daughter for over 16years. They have treated us with dignity and honor (which should be the case with exceptional kiddos). We consider ourselves extremely blessed to have them as our dentist.

Absolutely amazing. I have had a hard time with multiple offices just being flat out rude & inconsiderate, my son is 6 & autistic so he requires a little more time and patience. This office provided exactly that. Everyone was so kind & sweet, it encouraged my son to work with them rather than completely shut down & not be able to check his teeth out. Dentist appointments would give us both anxiety but he was so happy here! I was blown away today. Thank you to the Dr & his entire staff for treating us with such kindness.

Dr. Tyler & Dr. Randy are the absolute BEST Pediatric Dentists in the valley!!! I have 23+ yrs experience in pediatric dentistry as an assistant, so trust me when I tell you I know the good from the bad…Dr. Tyler & Dr. Randy are also voted the top Pediatric Dentist by their peers…that also speaks volumes! They treat every patient like it’s their own child in the chair and my Grandchildren will never go anywhere else!! Their staff from front office, hygienist, and assistants also match their professionalism, knowledge & care!! Too say Kids First Pediatric Dentistry is truly the BEST place to bring your children, is an understatement!! I’m truly so very grateful that I found them!! I know my Grandchildren are getting the absolute BEST!!! Cavities won’t get missed and unnecessary treatment will never be a thing at this office!!! I can’t thank the ENTIRE team enough for being, in my book, so outstanding!!!

UPDATE: called back again to try and get the office managers name. She answered the phone when I called and continued to refuse to give me her name (although she called it “declining” not refusing). I called kids first because my daughter’s dentist referred us there. It was a complicated situation where I was Being told different things by insurance and the dental offices and was trying to explain this to the office manager (wish I had her name, she refused to give it to me). She wouldn’t let me speak, kept talking over me, told me I needed to go somewhere else and hung up on me when I did ask for her name. Luckily I recorded the call and will be contacting the AZ Dental association to make them aware of how this office does business. If you want professional and caring staff DO NOT COME HERE
