We had an excellent experience at Kids Dental Group. The office is bright and welcoming, perfect for kids. The staff is friendly, patient, and great with children.Dr. Heather is fantastic. She connects well with kids and explains everything in a way they can understand. The emphasis on preventive care and education is impressive, and the treatments were gentle and pain-free.I highly recommend this Pediatric Dentistry for anyone looking for top-notch dental care for their children.

There is no way all these positive reviews can be real... Fyi for anyone bringing your kids here you have to pay the full cost out of pocket up front and get reimbursed through insurance after regardless of what insurance you have. Also I have one of the best insurance coverages out there and I'm still out the pocket $250 out of $700 I paid upfront today... I have 100% dental coverage insurance yet some of their fees are not covered because it's billed out as specialists. All I had was regular cleaning for two of my girls today. As soon as we got there from the start I could sense issues as they said I would have to deal with my own insurance and they were not willing to discuss the price... Will not be going here again and I suggest if you're reading this you don't go here either

Dr Parker and now Dr A. are both highly skilled yet caring and personable, creating a warm and welcoming environment along with their staff. Thank you to Jane for the great care she provided to me and my daughter and to Cindi and Noreen for their friendly and upbeat attitudes. All of you have put a smile on my face.

No flexibility! Busy place, hard to book dental hygiene appointment. When finally book one, we have to negotiate a lot to make it, not allow to be a bit late, otherwise have to reschedule after a few months! Not caring about what you need, no matter how badly the kids need dental hygiene or how long we have waited for that appointment, how hard we negotiate the time to skip a camp class and to fight with the traffic for that just because the kids like there, they just want to run business and make big money what they care just the doctors ' schedule, time, money! Customers are nothing important than business.Very disappointed! Even my kids like there, I have to change the dentist clinic.
