Ok first of all everybody is so nice there, but this was my second time taking my child there and I juts gotta say they do not put hardly any effort into cleaning teeth. The first time I thought maybe it was just the tech- she was so gentle on my child teeth that I wondered how can you even get teeth clean being so overly gentle and she literally did the “cleaning” in five minutes. It was a quick brushing and a mediocre floss job. No tools used to scrape off plaque at any point . The second time there we had a different tech. Again, nice person but a no effort put into getting my child’s teeth very clean. Honestly I could probably do a better cleaning of her teeth myself at home. A cleaning should take more than five minutes and involve actual dental tools. Our last dentist was very thorough with cleanings. We just started going here ( after we had to leave our other dentist due to insurance reasons) but I think we’ll be leaving…

Not too excited about the woke forms you have to fill out asking what my 7-year-old's pronouns are, but I guess that's trash you have to put up with pretty much anywhere these days. The staff did a good job calming my apprehensive son who is afraid of dentists.
