Very easy to schedule and reschedule. Staff is very friendly. I don’t think anyone likes to be told what to do with their own child but at the same time they’re just doing their job. Good luck getting my three year old to floss her back teeth tho. PS she bites ? so we do the best we can and get thru the appointment and go on about our life.

My son has been here a couple of times. The staff are always extremely friendly AND good with my son which is so important. However, during our visit today I couldn't help but notice how dirty the facility was. From the kids benches in the lobby play area, to the walls, to the baseboards and even the patient chair, everything was covered in dust/dirt. Even the paper towel tray in the bathroom had dust all over it. I'm not sure if someone cleans daily, but if they do, you can't tell it. I would rather keep my toddler home and brush his teeth myself than come in and be subjected to all the dirt and germs I noticed today. I really hope management will look into a more frequent cleaning rotation (daily at least), and if already in place, take a look at what's really being done, because it was really upsetting to see today. We will likely visit a different office for our next appointment.

Awesome, very professional and helpful in every way. The staff are friendly beyond the need. My little boy Thomas has no fear of anything done in the past and looks forward to the visits. I really like the staff, wish I was a little kid. Best of luck with the little ones.

Took over an hour for them to check my childs teeth, xray, and most of the time was waiting on the doctor to come see my child. They scheduled too many kids at one time for one doctor. I've had a few bad experiences but this one was just uncalled. The nurses where getting agitated too bc they had patients waiting for her to come see. The nurses where awesome like always. I was just a few mins from getting my child and leaving.

I will NEVER bring any of my kids here nor will I tell anyone to go there. Today my son had to have 3 cavities filled and they gave him three shots for that. After the first shot (which was not communicated) I spoke up about how that should have been spoken about before they went ahead with the rest of the shots, Dr Bingham said they don't tell the kids what they're doing so it doesn't cause anxiety. They would rather let the kids have trust issues for future visits so they don't have to deal with the kids feelings in the moment. They are just trying to get stuff done as fast as possible. On top of my sons traumatizing experience, my other son who is 15 came out to the waiting room with the dental assistant who said I needed to schedule another appt for the other side of his mouth. I didn't think anything of it at first but when I checked the paper they gave me a week and a half ago when he had his xray done and everything looked complete but apparently he needed more work done so I went back in there and asked the receptionist why no one came to talk to me about the new xray that was taken today and why I wasn't informed more work was needing to be done. This place is an unprofessional MESS full of rude dental assistants and impatient doctors. DR MONICA BINGHAM IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. the manager of the building has no regard for how the dr treats people. They do not actually care about anything other than getting things done as fast as possible.
