If I had an option for 0 stars I would of given them 0. Receptionist is terribly rude! I was highly recommend by our dentist. Please think twice before calling. I had already read reviews but chose not to believe how rude they were and gave them a chance. I totally 100% agree with other reviews about the rudeness that you are treated with. The receptionist even hung up on me. I offered to pay cash and she said it was against the law. I will also be contacting my dentist to share my experience with him so that he will be more careful when referring patients over. So sad. All I'm looking for is a way to help my disabled son have healthy teeth and it's very unfair to get treated this way. People should really consider not going to work if they're not happy because we need good customer service to help patients get the best attention and treatment available but it's really difficult if we can't get past the receptionist. I will pray for this office that whatever the lady in the front desk is dealing with will be taken care of soon, so that she doesn't go off at people that call in for information. Please train your staff on how to have some empathy and patience for potential patients, because ultimately their actions and moods affect your practice. By the way, this is possibly by 2nd review ever on Google. I usually don't complain but this time I really feel I was mistreated especially when she hung up the phone in the middle of me asking questions.
This office has the rudest staff ever, I would not bring my dog to this location. I came in with my disabled sister for an appointment that the Regional Center scheduled nearly 4 months ago and these people refused to see my sister (Alex - was the office persons name). They were only doing a consultation mind you, so no work whatsoever was going to be done. They requested that she have a complete physical and they wanted her lab work as well as a list of her Medicines. I had a lot of interruptions that day and accidently forgot the paperwork at home; which I explained to the receptionist. I offered to send the information to their email or show the doctor the information from Kaiser's website. This woman flat out refused, and this was only for a consultation. The unprofessionalism of this office was unreal!! I could of brought the paperwork right back since they were too good to have it emailed to them from Kaiser's site. But she looked at my sister with disgust like the has a problem with handicap people, and said no that she will reschedule. She didn't even want to hear anything, just walked back in the office and closed the door while I was talking. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And I did advice the Regional Center about the rude treatment that they provided. Alex needs to change her attitude. And I will be filing further complaints.
I would give 0 starts for this office. I understand a patient would pay extra out of pocket for dental sedation. The office, however, DOESN'T TAKE ANY DENTAL INSURANCE...so they are denying much-needed access to this kind of dental care for individuals who are not independently wealthy. Their website states, "We provide a safe, relaxing environment for the absolute best dental experience you could possibly have." They forget to mention "only for wealthy people" on their website.
Hands down, the best medical experience I've ever had. I struggle with generalized anxiety and a panic disorder, as well as specific phobias that heavily impact my experience with dentistry. Dr. Lee and his staff are absolutely stellar, not just incredible at their jobs, but incredible people. As someone who neglected my dental health due to years of crippling anxiety, this office and the people inside it have been an absolute godsend. I'm in love with my results so far and have a newfound confidence in my smile, which is something I haven't been able to say in years. They've found ways to accommodate my phobias and make my experience both before and after comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and Liz is truly an angel. Nothing but appreciation and admiration for this place and the amazing people who work here.
I called yesterday for an appointment, a lady took all my information, and asked if I had dental insurance. I would be paying cash. She said Liz would call me back to make an appointment. Six hours later, I called to find out what happened. I was informed that Liz was too busy to call me back. I asked if anyone else could make an appointment. I was told that Liz manages all the doctors' schedules. Liz would be calling me today. Funny, no phone call. I cannot review how great these dentists are because apparently I'm not important enough to call. Maybe because I don't have dental insurance.
