I can’t believe this actually happened— got a new retainer made and they sent me home with what I *thought* was a new case for it (because what else would you expect?) I opened it up not four hours later and the inside was filthy. Obviously used. Don’t normally write reviews but this was just so unbelievable.

I just tried to make my first appointment. The lady who answered my phone call was rude and not friendly. She assumed I didn’t have the correct insurance before asking any questions whatsoever. How do you think I got your number? I was just assigned you idiots as my dentist, no I will not go .

I have been a patient for nearly 40 years. Dr. Kaplan is simply the Best!

I REALLY LIKE DR. KAPLAN. I WISH I HAD FOUND HIM 20 YEARS AGO. HE IS PAINLESS AND HONEST.
