Unequivocally the best medical experience I have had, bar none. Dr. Kaplan and every single person in his office that I have had any contact with have been absolutely and unfailingly cheerful, helpful, responsive, patient, and accommodating. Every text message was promptly replied to. Every schedule change was made without a hitch. Lost retainers and implements were shipped to me in several cities when I was working away from home at no cost and with no hesitation. Mine has not a been a quick and easy fix, and not one solicitation for additional money or one added fee. As happy as I am to be finished with excellent results, I’m a bit sad I won’t get to see Dr. Kaplan and the rest of his amazing staff for our regular visits. 6 stars if I could give them!

Great experience! The team made us feel comfortable and my daughter got her braces on the same day as our consultation. Dr. Kaplan is very knowledgeable. Clinic is clean, well organized and with up to date technology. Compassionate and caring practice. Glad we chose this orthodontist!

Without a doubt the best orthodontist in Metro Atlanta. Dr. Kaplan and his staff are incredible in every regard, and most importantly, they are experts at providing professional, quality orthodontic care for patients of all ages. Their commitment to provide each patient with a personalized and thoughtful treatment plan is second-to-none, and their customer service is superb. Our experience with Dr. Kaplan and team was top-notch from beginning to end! We had a complicated process that felt like there was no end in sight. But Dr. Kaplan's expertise and strategic plan put us at ease with each appointment. He and his team were always willing to take the time to answer questions and explain any procedures. Now that our treatment is done, my daughter said that she misses Dr. Kaplan! Enough said:)
