Erica is fabulous and gentle hygienist. Background Music is soothing and Relaxing Dr Novello is awesome, kind,personable,very knowledgeable about his craft. The staff are wonderful and attentive. Love my dentist and his staff. Have been going to Dr Novello for over 30 years, and so has my family. We wouldn't go anywhere else when we have the Best. :-)

Dr. Novello has been my family’s dentist for the last 15 years, originally recommended by my son’s pediatrician. He is an incredible dentist, excellent at diagnosing and providing appropriate treatment. His caring nature shines through, especially with young patients, and his services are fairly priced. His staff is incredibly friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience. Our entire family genuinely enjoys going to the dentist thanks to Dr. Novello and his team.

This is the best dentist I ever had ! Everyone is so nice in there from desk to the dentists and hygienists! They're super fast and accommodating as well. I don't think I ever waited longer then 5 mins to get taken into my appointment. Nobody hurts you either ! Also a plus the music is always good and relaxing.

I have been a patient for many years . The professionalism as well as the friendly warm atmosphere has always been consistent not only with Dr Novello but his entire staff as well.

What more can I say about my dental experience that the other 50+ people before have not already said!? The best dentist in Long Island ! My experience with Dr.Novello was the best I've had at a dental practice. From the beginning the front desk staff Larry and Diane were very nice and smiled and actually appear like they love their jobs. Rare for a doctor's office., The hygienist Erica was so nice and gentle. Dr. Novello was really nice and informative. Both Dr N and his amazing assistant Martha took their time and I never felt rushed. Bedside manner was superb as was their knowledge. I will be looking forward to going back in 6 months! (and that's a big statement from someone that fears going to the dentist)
