I happened back across this provider while looking over an old invoice. As my original review appears to have been removed from a few years ago, I'll gladly repost it! In short, my wife was overcharged for several doses of anesthesia and time not used during an implant surgery a few years back. I know this to be a fact, as I was there during her sedation, which wrapped up roughly an hour early! Anyway, when she approached Dr. Lee several days later about this discrepancy, she was blown off and quickly passed back to the front office manager, who had originally advised my wife to speak with Dr. Lee about the pricing. They further had the nerve to contact her for a follow-up appointment several weeks later, so Dr. Lee could "check her work." This visit certainly was not free and would have incurred another copay fee from my wife. In short, buyer beware!!!

Great experience! From scheduling to the procedure itself. Dr. Lee’s front desk staff were super accommodating to my schedule, always had reliable communication and friendly service. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and it’s only day 3 and I feel just fine! The procedure was fast and painless with great bedside manner. Dr. Lee is fantastic!

Dr Lee was recommended to me by my Dentist Dr.Williams for my wisdom teeth extraction and she is wonderful and funny...I have had three children and felt every bit of the IV the nurses poked in me,but when Dr Lee did it I felt nothing! I’m on day two of having 8 teeth pulled and besides the numbness of my jawline (which is normal) I feel fine. Dr Lee is very Professional and straight forward with what she needs to do in your mouth I would definitely recommend her to my Family and Friends.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed last week, and I can honestly say that Dr. Joyce Lee and her team are extraordinary. Getting my wisdom teeth out a bit later age than most, it was overall not that bad pain-wise. They think of everything for their patients. Once the procedure was done, we were sent home with ice packs, prescriptions from the office themselves and lip balm, etc. I've personally never seen a doctor go through the extra trouble to have prescriptions ready when you leave, and that's what really made them 5 stars for us. That convenience alone was wonderful!

Let me start by saying I work in the dental field and I do not like saying or leaving bad reviews but I do not recommend this office. Had a failed root canal that needed to be extracted. Had the tooth removed and then came back for a consult 3 months later to have an implant placed. A year so later I went back with concerns of the implant. Dr. Lee wanted to put me to sleep to “dig around” to see what was going on. She also did not want me to see my general dentist after she said it could be the crown that’s loose. So if it’s the crown that’s just loose why not see my dentist for an easy fix? I saw my general dentist anyway and he was concerned as well. Had the implant removed while Dr. Lee was “digging around” and charged me $650. Also quoted me $2500 for another implant to be placed. One of her assistants told me I shouldn’t be charged for a new implant. I moved out of state and my new oral surgeon expressed to me I shouldn’t have been quoted for a new implant and my new general dentist said the same thing as well as an orthodontist who agreed. Dr. Lee has made comments in front of me to her staff that had made me uncomfortable. I was on an anabiotic that was giving me adverse side effects, I called and was told someone would call me back. No one called me back. I could go on and on. If you are looking for an oral surgeon please look around and do your homework.
