Jolley Smiles Orthodontics - Delta

Upon arrival at the orthodontist's office, the child and their parent or guardian are greeted by the receptionist and possibly a dental assistant. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to help alleviate any nerves the child may have. The child is then taken to the examination area where they meet the orthodontist. The orthodontist introduces themselves and engages in friendly conversation to help the child feel comfortable. After the examination, the orthodontist discusses their findings with the child and their parent or guardian. They explain any orthodontic issues or abnormalities they have identified, such as crowded teeth, overbites, underbites, or crossbites. The orthodontist also discusses the potential implications of these issues on the child's oral health and overall well-being.

For the most part, I was very, very pleased with me and my daughter's experience with Jolley Smiles. The front office ladies were fantastic to work with, especially in regards to financing and appointments. They answered ALL of my questions (single mom on a tight budget - I had a TON of questions!) and we were sometimes late for appointments that they got us into anyway. As for the doctors themselves, I really liked Tyler. He has a great seat-side manner, easy-going and very easy for teenagers to get along with. He was also honest in saying that my daughter should be able to get her braces off, but there may be some delay. Honestly, that was the ONLY time we weren't completely thrilled with in all of our experiences with Jolley Smiles. She did get her braces off on the appointed date, but there was just enough hedging that I wasn't sure if taking them off was absolutely the right (or wrong!) thing to do. Overall, thrilled with Jolley Smiles. Far better than the other orthos I've worked with.

Jolley Smiles has a compassionate kindhearted staff, they made getting braces for my daughter a calming and stress free experience. She left feeling confident while showing off her bright and beautiful smile. Thank you Jolley Smiles for making my girl's day great!!

Dr. Jolley and Dr. Pitcher are very well trained and experienced. They and their nurses are very efficient and very pleasant to be around. I was always treated with respect and value and was fully informed of my treatment options and care. I am very pleased with my treatment and care and would highly recommend their orthodontic services. I had braces and a retainer and am very pleased with their quality and how my smile turned out!
