I’m very pleased with my visit today with Maggi. She was very thorough, she explained everything extremely well, she was caring, and pleasant. I am comforted by the concern she showed regarding my needs. The entire staff was great and appeared eager to assure a smooth visit. I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and have to psych myself up to even call and schedule appointments. I am very impressed and satisfied with my experiences at Johnston and Murphy Dental Care. The receptionist who initially booked my appointment went above and beyond and was kind and friendly while we figured out my insurance issue. I was in pain and they got me in fast and got me back in fast to resolve my issue. My experience with my procedure was really good. They made sure that I was ok and comfortable the whole time. Most importantly, I felt welcome and not judged. Sometimes when going to a dentist the vibe just isn’t right and you can feel judged and uncomfortable, especially if you have dental issues. I didn’t feel any of that in the slightest and I greatly appreciate their kindness. I even received a call from the dentist himself the next morning and that was a first for me that I appreciated. I definitely recommend them and even though it’s an hour drive for me I will be going back to get routine care for my family and I.

This was my first time at Johnston and Murphy Dental Office and the service was absolutely amazing! They were gentle with everything they did and also will help keep my teeth healthy and recreate my smile. I’m excited to go back! I have always felt so comfortable and welcomed coming to Johnston and Murphy. Today I had a filling pop loose, they fit me in towards the end of the day no problem. I was in & out the door within an hour. Very hospitable, professional and welcoming.
