I had a great experience here from start to finish. Scheduling was so easy. Lacie at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Maggie did my cleaning and she was great! Dr. Jones answered all my questions and made me super comfortable. This is the type of experience you’d hope to have with a medical professional. A great change from my previous dentist who just came off too sales-y. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones is the best dentist in Nashville! His expertise and care make every visit smooth and stress-free. And Maggie, the dental hygienist, is fantastic—thorough, professional, and always friendly. Together, they create a top-notch dental experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jones was so kind & caring and has a wonderful bedside manner through my previous fear of the dentist. I have known Dr. Jones for about 38 years & I have the upmost respect for his kindness towards helping others & taking the time to get to know his patients families. Dr. Jones is not only my dentist, he is my friend and you can see how much he cares in the work he does!

The entire staff at Jody Jones is stellar. From Lacey at the front desk, to Maggie working away at my teeth, all the way up to Dr. Jones himself, it has been an absolutely excellent dental experience. My husband is also their patient, and he has dental anxiety. Everyone went out of their way to make sure he was as comfortable as possible and fully understood every step of the process. We’re sadly moving out of town soon, and this is going to be one of the hardest things to leave behind. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. Thank you guys!!!!

I love this office and my hygienist. Also the receptionist is so accommodating to all your needs They all make you feel at ease and comfortable. Dr Jody Jones and his assistant are amazing. Not to mention they have A Himalayan rock salt room with a massage chair to make you feel relaxed before your appointment.

We moved to Nashville a year ago and were fortunate to find Dr Jones as our new dentist. Lacey at the front desk is such a pleasure to speak to in person and over the phone! My hygienist is anmazing and the office is so clean and modern. Dr Jones is great and I always look forward to coming to my cleaning appointments!!!!

I was looking for a better dentist after having a horrible experience at a franchise dentist and I am so happy I chose this office. Lacie at the front desk was super sweet and helpful! Maggie did my cleaning and she was a super star! So personable and friendly truly made the experience great! Dr. Jones was also great, explained exactly what he was doing and why, which I liked a lot. Truly a great experience, never left a dentist and felt this good!

After multiple bad experiences at my local dentist in the Gulch, I tried Dr. Jones. I'm as shocked as anyone to be writing a review praising a dentist, but here we are! Laci immediately made me feel welcome (on the phone before we had ever met) and was so kind when we met in person--she was determined to ensure I had a great experience. My dental hygienist was so accommodating and put me completely at ease. Dr. Jones was the opposite of my smarmy/sales pitch/pushy dentist prior--he was kind, easy going, and succinct. Will be recommending this office to everyone I know.
