I truly love Dr. Ji and his staff!! They serviced my daughter and now me , at the age of 50 now with braces! They are professional, have great sense of humor, beyond pleasant , very tidy ( cleanliness)…..just feels like family ! I would highly recommend to any one in need of an Awesome Orthodontic Experience !! PS. I love my rubber bands “Joy” , I match with my mani/ pedi and along with my daughters college colors, the braces have brought my youthfulness back along with my previous students rooting me on with the colors !!❤️??

I love it. Staff is nice Dr. Ji is great ? I was referred from my sister and she def was head on with everything being good. I’m a new mom of a 7 month old and she was with me. She started getting fussy and crying while i was getting my braces put on. The other staff took her tried to get her to stop crying & fixer her a bottle. I loved that & I really appreciated it. Also the prices are not bad.

I absolutely love Dr Ji and his staff. They are so friendly and understanding. If I have a question pertaining to oral or financial, his staff is able to assist without hesitation. The two that I've dealt with the most are Jennifer, who's normally at the front desk and Kim, I believe she's the office manager. My daughter, Jada is one of his patients. She feels very comfortable going in on her own and they stick to the scheduled appointment. That shows a lot about the staff who is actually hands on with the patients. I plan to have Dr Ji complete my orthodontist work as well. I will definitely recommend Dr Ji & his staff to anyone who asks.

My son had an appointment to have his braces put on today and I was so pleased with the front desk. Jennifer was so kind, helpful and informative. It’s wonderful to see such great customer service! My son is excited about his braces. Many thanks to Dr. Ji and his wonderful staff!!

I couldnt ask for a better experience. The staff makes you feel right at home. Everyone extremely nice and treat you like they have known you for years. I would refer anyone to come here. Dr. JI is very passionate about his work. He does a fantastic job and goes above and beyond to make sure things are done correctly!
