Absolutely horrid office. We have tried to be in contact with the Doctor several times after she started a root canal and didn't finish with the promise of it being done by another doctor. Then found out it would be 2 months before it was finished. Leaving her in immense amounts of pain.This happened a week ago. We have called 6 times and spoke to 4 different people who have assured us the doctor would call back and help us with something for the pain, only to not receive any calls.Scheduling is atrocious. The doctor says, we need them back ASAP for this.. only to find out they are booked out 4 months. No one knows anything and someone always has something new to say thats different from what was said previously.I'm not one to generally leave a bad review. We went through the proper channels first and explained our issues to the doctor when we were in last week with scheduling and we're told to ask for her care team. We have asked for them to be told they will call us back and don't.Do better Willamette dental.
