Front desk staff was very welcoming and helped answer all my questions. Dr Jeffrey Wiswall and his assistant made my root canal procedure so smooth and guided me through the whole thing. Never have I ever experienced such a smooth root canal. They are truly the best at what they do :)

The gentle care and awesome personalities of all the staff were exceptional. Dr. Wiswall's professionalism and knowledge were some of the best I have experienced in the dental and medical field. Without a doubt, highly recommended.

I highly recommend Dr Wiswall for excellent endodontics skills. His communication ability reduced my stress. Also, it was obvious he worked well as a team with the Dental Assistant, Courtney who was very helpful to me & professional. I have had very poor experiences with 2 root canals done at 2 other offices in Rapid City in the past 15 years. Dr Wiswall was very adept and maintained control of the dental tools while performing the procedure. This was part of the previous poor performance with other endodontists. Dr Wiswall listened to my questions and was focused on giving me a positive experience. He explained the steps and the "why". Once the procedure began, Dr Wiswall and Courtney were calm, precise and didn't waste time.

dr wiswall and his assistant were fantastic. They walk you through every step of the process and what theyre doing. Very kind and funny people. Only thing is the receptionist/finance lady speaks as if every patient is 80% deaf, i felt like i was being yelled at when signing financial agreements? besides that, i wish i could rate this place 10/10

Dr. Wiswall and his team were awesome, highly recommend them! I had excruciating pain on Sunday and was able to get in and get the root canal done today, they were all very friendly and great to work with. The whole time I was there they all made sure I was comfortable, explained everything step by step and were happy to answer any questions I had. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, quickness and professionalism while helping me. Thank you guys for taking such great care of me!
