A couple years ago I was going to Jefferson dental when it was in Midwest City. Camilla Carter has a gentle touch when doing extractions, but when I got my partials made, they fit real loose and didn't fit like I expected at all. When I would try to tell her about it, she would just look at me like, What do you expect me to do about it? I had to sign an approval contract before I received my partials, so when my teeth were pulled and my partials put in place, I was stuck with crooked front teeth and a big gap between the roof of my mouth and the top of the partial, causing my speech to be unclear, and food to become caked under the piece multiple times while I was eating. Once again, I mentioned this to her and as she just looked at me, she finally said that I didn't want the top of the partial to touch the top of my mouth. So... I've just been dealing with it, not to mention that the bottom part has rocked in my mouth since day 1. Metal mesh was showing through the partials when I got them, and when I mentioned that I could feel it, I was told that further in the future I could send them back and in a couple 2-3 weeks I could get them back from their lab ... Yea, right! I'm Missing two front teeth. Like I'm going to be able to go into hiding for 2-3 weeks! I don't think so! They were always screwing up my billing and told me that I needed to pay $1700 more than we had agreed upon, and that I had signed the contract for. I disputed it and I was found to be not owing but $22! That only took me over a year!!! Then to top it all off, the 2 front teeth on my upper partial just broke off yesterday! They were only a year and a half old!!! You could see at that point just how shabbily that they were made! Luckily I found a different dentist yesterday who will have me back on my feet by tomorrow at 4 pm..I would tell anyone going to Jefferson dental, Buyer Beware... The staff was very nice, but what that got me in the long run, was a bad quality of caring after the initial visit, especially once they got their money. Very unhappy in the long run!

Went in this morning for my initial visit. This is the beginning of a lot of work I need done to correct my smile. The entire staff was amazing!!! They didn't make me feel bad about my current dental health and built a whole plan to accommodate my specific needs. I feel confident in the care that I will receive and am looking forward to working with this team to help achieve my goals.

I had good dentist and very nice. But I would not use them again because it takes months to get your dentures back. It’s crazy they send them to Florida. Jefferson Denttal have not treated their patients right as of Friday The doors close will not be open in Oklahoma anymore. You would think they would let the patients know they are closing but all I got was a text. When I called them they told me I would have to find another dentist for the rest of my dental work..!!!! Just Very Wrong ?

This place is pretty terrible. Anyone giving a high star review has obviously never been to a good dentist. Inconsistent hours (had to reschedule both of the appointments I have had scheduled there because they ended up being closed on the day they scheduled me), bad customer service when you call (always on hold for long periods, think it's the corporate, not the local office), and appointments take forever. I will be switching to a new dentist and would recommend the same for anyone considering going here.

I'm giving 2 stars because I haven't actually been here yet. I had made an appointment a couple months ago. The day of the appointment, they called and cancelled. We rescheduled for another day. One hour before my appointment they called and cancelled again. Now I understand that things happen, but cancelling on an urgent appointment Twice and one hour before time is very unprofessional.
