Jason J. Hales DDS, MS

I had a root canal by Dr. Jason Hales about a year ago and I had never experienced such consideration and passion from him and the entire staff. Early this week my regular dentist found a small spot on my gums from x-rays he took and had me go back to Dr. Hales for further examination. I don't want to sound repetitious but again when I called for my appointment at Dr. Hales office, the receptionist instantly pulled up my files, and she knew exactly within seconds what tooth they had worked on and made me feel comfortable about everything. When I went in today, the nurse took an x-ray and the doctor wanted to make sure and decided to do a 3 dimensional x-ray. He went over the x-rays with me and again was so amazing reassuring that there was nothing wrong. He had noticed a small high spot on my crown and took care of it. Again, he gave me the feeling that I was his only patient for the entire month and makes me feel so at ease and important. Before I left the office I felt it necessary to tell him how extraordinary he and his entire staff's treatment was. Like most people I am afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Hales somehow takes all that fear away from me. I almost felt like hugging him before I left. I have never given an opinion of a dentist in my entire life and I am in my mid 70's. He and his team are truly a treasure.

Lots of jokes are always made about getting a root canal, but I have to say that I had a very pleasant experience. The injections for numbing the area were almost painless and the work seemed to go quickly. Dr. Hales and his assistant thoroughly explained what would be happening and made sure all my questions were answered. I think I even snoozed a bit during the procedure I was so relaxed. I would highly recommend Dr. Hales. Everyone in the office was exceptional.

Had a root canal done a few days ago and had a terrific experience with Dr. Jason J. Hales! He was very professional, and answered any and all of my questions I had for him with extensive knowledge on the subject. I was impressed by how much detail him and his staff put into the procedure, and making my experience a comfortable one. It was painless and easy! I would recommend Jason to all of my friends and family. He did a phenomenal job and I am very impressed!

I went to Dr. Hales anticipating a root canal the same day. I was having intense pain associated with cold food/drinks after my regular dentist had refilled an old cavity. After my exam he suggested I wait to let the tooth heal from the work that recently disturbed it. He said he believes the root is healthy and can be saved. He could've done a root canal on the tooth that day and I wouldn't have known any better. I was so impressed with his expertise and suggestion to wait. I loved the office and staff there as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hales and his office.

Great experience. Dr. Hale has excellent chairside manners. He saved a tooth that I thought would need to be pulled. His procedures saved my tooth and the integrity of all the teeth around and below it. Has followed up with me in the past 2 years and I appreciate the work he does. His staff is also very pleasant. Would recommend him to anyone. And he sings while he works, no extra charge!
