Love love love the entire office staffs! Dr. Monacell has a such rich experience in Invisalign treatments. Being the first group of doctors in the country started the Invisalign speaks volume. Each appointment going into the office seeing Fatimah, Katie, and Vicki was like seeing old friends. They have two locations in Mechanicsville and Sandston. My husband, daughter, son, and myself are going through treatments with Dr. Monacell. He is so loving and caring. We started to see positive changes immediately. Now in its end of second year, we are extremely happy with our results. The locations are not ideal for us, there are several large orthodontic offices in the West End, but I guarantee you the drives were well worth it. If you are looking for an office for Invisalign, make sure you come and meet Dr. Monacell in person. You will know why we chose him.

We love the team at Monacell orthodontics! We have been there for many years between multiple kids, and they feel like family at this point. They always explain everything thoroughly and encourage us to call if we need anything between appointments. Fatima and Katie are the best and make appointments fun!

Dr. Monacell and his team have been nothing but sweet and efficient! They work magic! This team is beyond skilled on the craft of teeth. They value everyone’s time and get things done fast but they also make sure you know what needs to be done during your treatment at home like with your chewies, rubber bands and trays. I am using invisalign trays and my experience has been nothing short of magical. They are gentle, even with taking off the glue! (Dr. Monacell uses a polisher) And they polish your teeth! I used to be afraid of the dentist but this team has taught me to trust again because there has been 110% painless results! ? I love the kindness both locations offer. Mrs. Vicki is the sweetest and most patient, they send text reminders, and all the dental staff & Dr. Monacell are MAGICAL. Im enchanted. Thank you so so much for taking such good care of me!

I was 25yo when I got my braces from Dr. Monacell and it changed my life. I firmly believe you are never too old to improve yourself and you shouldn't have to live feeling self-conscious about your smile. Years later my son has almost completed his Phase 1 treatment and his results are beautiful. If you want excellent treatment for yourself or your loved one, this is the orthodontist you want to go to. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I'm a current patient. This is my second round of braces. The staff members are so caring and friendly, and Dr Monacell genuinely cares about his patients and giving them the best smile/treatment possible. He is very thorough and explains everything. I have a young child and if he ever needs orthodontic treatment I will absolutely take him to Dr Monacell's office!
