Very grateful to the JRO team. They make every visit comfortable and relaxed, and my kiddo actually looks forward to checking in on her progress. The docs and team are dedicated and patient, always willing to walk us through the entire process. Bright and airy facility. Convenient location. Same docs are always in the office and the whole team is friendly and welcoming.

Exceptional service, such a clean practice, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Before treatment, I had doubts about the results, but the staff and Orthodontist were so patient with my barrage of questions. They made the process fun and always reminded me to focus on the end results which exceeded all of my expectations. Such a great experience.

A Very comfortable, educational, fun, and exciting experience for my teen and I. She says she “didn’t like the tongue thing” but she still gave them 5stars!! The atmosphere in the clinic is super professional but extremely relaxed! Shout out to Shavonne the Clinic Manager for answering the “tough questions” ? During our visit. All of the patients were smiling and very happy with their results. The Orthodontists are Too Cool and the staff is AMAZING!! You’ll love your visit!! And I know her teeth are going to turn out great!!!

JRO has been so wonderful with all of my kids. Both of the doctors do a great job answering their questions and making them feel comfortable. They also worked with my entire family on financing and scheduling (with 3/4 needing braces all around the same time). Very thankful for them and our experience.

My daughter needed braces. We have been through the first set and are now on the second. Every cost, the staff are always polite, caring, and just down to earth. They treat us with respect and explain every step so we can comprehend the process. I have and do highly recommend JRO.
