The first time I saw Dr. Sumilat was more than 30 years ago. He did an excellent job for me. I went to him again just this week. Nothing has changed. He's still an excellent Dentist. I would refer my friends and family to him without hesitation. He is unwaveringly kind, caring, professional, experienced, and personable. He works quickly and efficiently. His dental staff is also friendly, professional, and supports him well.

James is my favorite dentist! Always so friendly, great manners and the service is amazing! Lilian in the front is so so polite and sweet, answers any questions and/or concerns. It’s a great team that they have there!

Dentist is calm and does great work. Staff is friendly. The older lady supervisor is amazing.

All the staff was nice and friendly the receptionist was very welcoming and did her best to ensure my needs would be meet. Karla the Xray technician made sure I was comfortable and had a nice sense of humor. Dr James M. Sumilat was not arrogant and listened to my concerns. I explained to him I had two root canals done by a referred dentist office, because Western Dental could not do it. I needed specialist. However, after I paid for one out-of-pocket, and the other was covered by my insurance. I was told by the referral office to go back to western dental so I could receive the caps. Western Dental did not do a sufficient job in my x-rays in providing enough information to my insurance company to approve my caps. So The approval for the caps were denied. A month and some weeks had past, since my root canal was initially done. My tooth filling was starting to fall out on the free approved root canal. I called the referred office where I had the work done. They said they would refill the tooth. I arrived at the dentist office, and the doctor asked me why haven’t I got my cap put on? I explained to him what happened. It was like everything I said, went in one ear and out the other very arrogant doctor, However Dr James M. Sumilat was not like that and he is now working with me so that I can receive my teeth caps and additional mouth treatment. I highly recommend this doctors office.

This place is the best. They are super sweet and take great care of me and my kids.
