After bad childhood experiences with dentists that caused me to avoid the dentist for more than 20 years, I finally decided to make an appointment with Dr. Ford. This could not have been a better decision. Kyle at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere in the office was serene and calming. Dr. Ford never judged me and instead took a lot of care to put me at ease. He told me I made a great decision to come in and let me know they were going to take care of me. The fear of going to the dentist is completely gone and I'm looking forward to visiting them again. I could not possibly be more satisfied with my experience.

I was initially pretty nervous & embarrassed to go to the dentist, as it has been a number of years since my last cleaning. From the moment I called to make an appointment, I felt so welcomed by the staff. Kyle at the front desk was incredibly kind & helpful, and my hygienist Jasmeen was very knowledgeable and understanding about my worries. The cleaning was thorough and upon leaving, I felt like I had a clear idea of what steps needed to be taken to get my teeth back on track. I couldn’t be happier with my initial experience - my teeth look & feel so much better already, and I will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Ford and his staff are awesome! From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out they were super friendly and accommodating:) the parking in the back was super easy to find and I had no issues finding them from the online instructions. You can tell Dr. Ford runs his practice with integrity; not once did I feel like he was trying to sell me on products/services I did not need and he did not try to tell me I had an issue with my teeth that was not actually there. The overall experience was awesome and I’m looking forward to my January appointment!

My husband and I recently moved to Columbus and needed a new Dentist. We chose Dr. Ford and couldn't be happier! He was so kind and knowledgeable! The entire experience was wonderful. Absolutely recommend James Ford if you're looking for a dentist!

Highly recommend coming to visit Dr. Ford. Very professional and kind, does not pressure his clients to do expensive treatments if they aren’t needed. The rest of the staff is great as well, I will definitely be returning to Dr. Ford for my next dental work.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve never had a more comfortable teeth cleaning. My dental hygienist was Stephanie, and she was very careful and thorough while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Ford addressed my concerns and was very nice. They both talked with me and gave me various resources to keep my teeth healthy. This is an awesome place with nice people and great services.
