Don’t pre-pay! Dr. Kalhorn’s office received nearly $800 for my dad‘s insurance company for services Jade Dental never performed. For some reason, they billed the insurance before the services were performed, received the money, finally agreed to send the money back, but have not found a way to get the money they wrongfully received back to the insurance company so it could be paid to the dentist who actually did the work. I suggested sending a check by FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation, which doesn’t seem too difficult. However, months later, it’s still not resolved, and so my retired, limited income dad has to pay out-of-pocket for something that should’ve been covered by his insurance. Very disappointing to say the least

Jim and Bob are the best. They have worked hard to make my lower bridge as perfect as possible. When I had problems with the bridge they got me right in and adjusted it. Would recommend Jade to anyone who needs a real Dentist.

All of the staff were amazing. They took extra care to make sure I was comfortable with minimal pain. The dentists and hygienists were all so warm and friendly and eased my anxiety about dental work. They are all very open and honest about your specific dental needs. They keep you well informed throughout your procedure and always show and tell you what they are going to do before they do it. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
