Jackson Family Dental - Liberty

Nicest staff around! Everyone is so pleasant I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Their office is so upscale and beautiful you would think their prices would be ridiculous, but they are so reasonable and fair. When I go for a cleaning it feels like a med spa. I’ve never felt pressured to get something I didn’t really need. For the services I have needed they did a great job of showing me comprehensive scans so I can see for my self why they are recommending what they are. If you’ve had a good check up or just having a down day there’s a cookie waiting for you before you leave.

I can NOT say enough good things!! First of all, Michelle is a true gem.. she worked tirelessly for weeks to see if we could use them since they were technically out of network with our insurance, most of the time now days someone tells you they’re going to do something and you NEVER hear back from them.. so she was a breath of fresh air. She kept me updated every step of the way! The hygienists were dolls, and they took their time and were VERY thorough!! The dentist was very knowledgeable and nice! Everyone we came into contact with was so nice and helpful. I am a word of mouth person, and just moving to Kansas City, Jackson Family Dental came highly recommended to us and I can see why! We highly recommend them as well! Going to the dentist can be terrifying, and sometimes you feel like you can’t trust them, but that’s not the case here, hands down the best!

I haven't been to a dentist in a few years so I was very nervous for my intial appointment at Jackson Family Dental. Everyone was SO kind and patient. I was talked to like a person and not made to feel bad for going so long without treatment. Everything was explained in a way that was easy and helpful to understand. By far the best dental experience I've ever experienced.

AMAZING! Even if I tried my hardest there would be no way I could find any issue with Jackson Family Dental. From the moment I walked in to the door, to the moment I walked out after my appointment I was so amazed how nice and friendly everyone was. I was informed about everything that was happening throughout my appointment. I am so happy to be able to apart of the dental clinic. If you have any type of dental anxiety I suggest going here, they make you feel so comfortable and care about your concerns and answer any questions you may have. The office is so clean and they have so much technology to be able to treat patient's! Thank you for being amazing!

I had been putting off going to the dentist for 3years and decided I just needed to do it. I had seen others commenting on how great Jackson Family Dental was so I scheduled it. They got me in within a week of calling. The office was soo nice and state of the art. The staff were so kind and amazing. I have never been one to be afraid of going to the dentist so that wasn’t really an issue but man did they have me relaxed while I was there. Loved it!! Honestly would have rather stayed at the dentist then go to work LOL
