Isom Endodontics- Dr. Terry Isom

Had a tooth ache but could not pin point what tooth. After going to two other dentist and having multiple xrays showing nothing I was referred to Dr. Isom who was amazing. Staff was kind and helpful, they got me in the same day and started my root canal. It's been 4 days now and I return to finish up soon. The office, staff and Dr. Are GREAT.

Before I came in the dentist. I was really nervous how they do root canal on the back of my tooth. First time having root canal. At the end. I was like Wow I got nervous for nothing. They made it comfortable for.me. There were some pain light pain along the way but they put more numbing stuff and then it gone and the whole thing went smooth. I'm glad I can now drink cold water without having to go like wincing in pain. They did a great job!!!! Thank you Dr. Isom and Brandy!!

I am very skeptical and was reluctant to find yet another dentist. However, The team responded to my need and welcomed my visit and then expedited and responded quickly to make time to service my rapidly swelling abscessed tooth. Everyone was most pleasant and the atmosphere was so calming. I have some root canal experiences and found that Doctor Vic was extremely efficient at his work and I was surprised at how minimally intrusive the root canal procedure went and I am totally impressed. Going to the dentist is not my favorite activity but I will totally recommend Isom Endodontics and will return without hesitation. Thank You again, You're the Best! Brian

I had the chance to be seen at Isom Endo yesterday. Everything from their quick scheduling, awesome imaging and superior patient care was top notch. The hygienist insured I was fully numb and comfortable before I was worked on. Painless! The amazing assistant and doctor checked in on me throughout the treatment, and had fun humming along to the songs playing on the radio. The whole process was simple, but thorough. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you for taking great care of me and ensuring my first root canal was no big deal!!

Really appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and communication at Isom Endodontics. I struggle with fairly high anxiety around dental matters and found Dr. Isom and the administrative staff and assistants to be extremely affirming, comforting, informative, and empathetic. Dr. Isom took time to ensure I understood all my options with the procedure my dentist referred me for and answered my questions patiently. In setting up for my procedure, assisting staff asked whether I wanted to know about the supplies and tools that were going to be used, how I would be most physically comfortable (having a blanket, using the seat massage function in the chair), and whether I was ready to proceed at each stage of the process. Similarly, Dr. Isom was extremely clear at each phase of the procedure that he had finished one step and was moving onto the next. I also appreciated that Dr. Isom and the assisting staff spoke to each other with kindness, good humor, and respect. That working dynamic instilled a trust in me that I can't overstate. What's more, my dentist said today that the work Dr. Isom did was excellent.

Dr. Isom is very experienced and took great care of me after a cycling accident. I was really anxious and stressed about my dental situation but everyone in the office made the experience bearable and less stressful. I know that my teeth are in good hands there.
