iSmile Orthodontics: Thomas Surber, DDS

Honestly worst experience. I spent 5 minutes in there for them to smooth the glue off my tooth. I thought we were replacing the wire I could have just done that myself. The total was $185 after I was told on the phone that it would be $160. Even that is ridiculous. I asked about Invisalign and the dr rolled his eyes very rude dr. I will never be coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved the dr and the staff but I didn’t like the way they handle the insurance for braces and with that being said the price was ridiculous compared to other places I got estimates from..so I ended up getting braces for my daughter elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Surber’s office not only once but twice. My oldest daughter had her Orthodontist work done there a few years back as well. Great staff, and quality care, very clean work space too. Now it will be time for the little one. See you guys soon and thanks again!! ?

I highly recommend iSmile orthodontics! My dental needs are extensive. Dr. Surber has been working closely with 2 other dental professionals to seemlessly correct my dental challenges. The staff at iSmile are professional, friendly, kind, and always accomodating in all ways. I especially want to thank Teri! She is very skilled and so kind! I have greatly appreciated the many times that she has helped me during my orthodontic journey!

Dr. Surber has always been great when my kids had braces. Recently my son’s permanent retainer came loose on one side. I appreciate that they got him in quickly, but now I know why. 5 minutes to grind down the glue on the end of the retainer and reattach it with glue. $180 for 5 minutes and the Dr. didn’t even look at him? $90 office visit and $90 repair? Ridiculous. Next time I’ll just JB Weld the damn thing.
