I recently had a crown fixed by Dr. Smith, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Smith was fantastic—thorough, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The quality of care was top-notch, and I could tell they truly care about their patients' well-being. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I left the office feeling confident in the work done. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines skill with excellent patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with happy faces. I was pleasantly instructed how to fill out the forms for the Doctor. The waiting room is clean and bright. I didn’t have to wait at all to be called in to the treatment area. This area was also very clean and bright with many sinks and treatment areas. My Doctor was very nice and went over my treatment plan with me. I couldn’t have been more pleased to be there.

Dr. Glover was wonderful. His assistant, Mackenzie, was also wonderful. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and cared very much about my comfort and ease in the office.

When you enter the office you will promptly be greeted with kindness and professionalism. The office is clean with top of the line equipment and absolutely beautiful. From start to finish with billing, cleanings, and treatment, the process is smooth. Dr.Allred is thorough and so personable. For many, taking a day off for an appointment isn’t doable. The efficiency of the staff allows me to get in and out in a timely fashion that meets my needs no matter how busy my schedule is. I cannot recommend Iroquois Family Dental enough.

I had a new dental assistant this time that was amazing! She just moved here two months ago, but you could tell she was a professional at what she does. It speaks volumes on Iroquois’ ability to hire top-notch employees. She was wonderful at explaining what she was doing and why she did it while being a wonderful conversationalist, and was a great representation of the entire staff. From the moment I was greeted by the receptionists and beyond I observed a young, intelligent group who all work together to make the client experience 10/10. My whole family goes to Jody and his team regularly, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a wonderful dental experience. Go see them!! You won’t regret it.

Dr. Megan Allred was such a breath of fresh air when it comes to doctors. She not only gave me multiple options to address my concerns but she did so with compassion, care, and understanding. I am so happy to have found her, to work with her for years to come, and I would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Smith is amazing. I have had two other Dr.’s work on my tooth and he fixed all the issues and mistakes the others made plus matched the color so well. His attention to detail is like no other. Thank you!

I actually always love going to the dentist because your oral health is one of the best things you can invest in. This was my first HORRIBLE experience in my 32 years of dental appointments and I’ve invested $20,000+ cash in dentists happily. I came here because I chipped one of my composite veneers. I asked a lot of details before my appt. “Will I be able to get a repair same day, what is my estimated cost, quoted $199-400”. When I got to the back the dentist told me composite isn’t something they work with often and recommended I go somewhere else as porcelain is their biggest product when it comes to veneers and I have a unique shade in addition to them being composite. Understandable ! When I went to leave the receptionist tried charging me 119$ for him to take 15 min to tell me he couldn’t service me. 🤯 They never even showed me a bill just threw out a random number demanding a card to pay for something I never was aware of or was communicated in my detailed questions before deciding to visit here. Which took 3 hours of my time including my drive as I don’t live here. Huge waste of time to be told they can’t service me and trying to charge me $119 they said they’ll be sending me to collections as I was walking out with my son who was getting restless and was ready to leave. If you want to be scammed out of random hidden fees even if they provide absolutely no service (not even a splash of water or paper towel used on your mouth) this is your place to go to waste time and money!
