Everyone I interacted with from reception, to technician, to Dr. Chang was friendly and accommodating. I had my first dental appointment in a few years at this office, they were able to help me get the ball rolling on my oral health without getting overwhelmed. Dr. Chang was excellent at letting me know what she was doing, seeing, and then explaining her recommendations. I am glad to be establishing care at this office. I plan on continuing to use this office so long as I’m living in Philly. Great stuff.

I am a new patient at this practice and very satisfied with their professionalism, caring and price transparency. Entire team from admins and assistants to Dr. Chang and Dr. Schaeffler is excellent. I went in to get a crown and and had an amazing experience. Also, I did not feel like anyone was a salesman - no one pushed me to do anything that I was not comfortable with. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Dr. Schaffer 100%. I avoided the dentist for many years but I had tooth pain that I could no longer put off. I called in the late afternoon one day as a first time patient they got me in at 9am the next morning. He filled the cavity at that appointment and was able to get a quick appointment for the other 3 cavities and a crown I needed done soon after. He answered all my questions, was straight forward, listened to me when I could still feel some sensitivity and he provided me with more numbing and checked in with me frequently during the work. All his staff are pleasant and kind. My follow up appointment for the crown was quick and took less than 15 minutes for the crown to be permanently placed. I will continue coming back for any dental work. So happy I found this place.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Schaeffler and his staff. I’ve needed a lot of dental work recently and I feel very confident their care. He is very thorough, kind, and explains things so anyone can understand. The hygienists are wonderful and thorough as well. Their office staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I’ve recommended Insight to family and friends!

My husband are I are new patients at this dental office, and we're both very happy with their professionalism, the services and the care we've received! Highly recommend! Dr. Chang was very professional and comprehensive – she took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure to ask me to let her know when I was in pain during my cleaning. And, as emphasized on their website, there is no wait – you're seen on time, which is particularly amazing for any doctor's office! I've only called a couple of times so far and the front desk person always picks up quickly. Everyone is friendly and nice, so happy to have found this dental office!
