After searching for the right Dentist in Richmond for the past 2 years, I finally found the perfect officer. Dr. Brown and his staff were not only extremely professional but equally caring. The Dental Hygienist walked me through each step of the appointment and explained each procedure. Like his staff, Dr. Brown was very attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Innsbrook Family Dentistry if you're looking for a practice that treats you like one of their own.

My boyfriend came here to get his teeth looked at! Dr. Brown was amazing!!! Did 2 big fillings and my boyfriend, who has avoided the dentist like a plague, was so happy and excited with the work! He is now looking forward to his first cleaning! Thank you Dr. Brown for giving him his beautiful smile back and showing him the dentist isn’t a scary place!!! The staff here was very friendly and inviting! We will both be coming here full time now!

This is my worst ever review given to this dentistry, I used to be always been the most happy patient at this place, but recently i got a billing of 1215 $ from the dentistry and i immediately called to find out why (if it was a fraud), the receptionist said it was dues from 2018, i said what??? , i never received a bill from you from the starting and i thought every thing is covered by my insurance. She said its not the case and she denied to talk to my insurance directly. I connected the insurance person with the lady who said that they never received bill for me(my account) at all in 2018 to pay or cover it for that she never had a answer, they just verified some subscriber IDs and said every thing looked good. after the insurance disconnected , lady says she submitted but it was denied. ( what a change!!), and all during these years, never got a phone call, or a email or a physical mail or never a word during all my visits that things got denied and i need to pay any amount. I said i cannot be hold responsible as my insurance can cover almost all the expenses if it was submitted on time in 2018, Now the lady threatens to submit it to the collection department if I don't pay it now I mean can some one say, why i should be paying this amount 1. when the dentistry have not submitted the claims to my insurance in 2018. 2. Neither did they inform me via any communication ( i had at-least 2 visits every year from 2018). never a word 3. Not a email or phone call or physical email. 4. Is it my mistake that dentistry has submitted it wrong to my insurance and didn't pursue back. Can some one give me solution and i would definitely refrain myself from visiting this scammy institution for ever
