I had the pleasure of seeing KAREN WANG and I can confidently say she is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her gentle demeanor and kind approach. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease any anxiety I had. Not only is she efficient, but her skill with her hands is impressive – the procedure I had done was smooth, quick, and completely pain free. I left the office feeling confident and well-cared for. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist!

Wanted to give a big thank you to the folks here at Innovative Dentistry - usually the dentist is a "necessary evil," but with Innovative Dentistry, I actually look forward to each visit! Every staff member has been kind and professional, not to mention very communicative. They take the time to explain everything from a specific line item cost to each procedure. I've also learned a ton about how my teeth affect my overall health, which is one thing I didn't expect but now realize makes a huge difference: how everyone is so passionate and willing to share and teach about what they know. Innovative Denstistry Team is really remarkable! From the Front Desk associates checking in, to the dental assistants, to the Drs., everyone is just incredibly kind and professional. You really do feel like you are getting a personalized experience, when so many in the office know who you are and what you needs are as well! I go in for cleanings with Ashley often, and she is incredible! Very personable and great attention to detail. Dr. Sharma and KP worked on a filling + crown, and could not have asked for a better experience! The level of skill, craft, knowledge, kindness, and overall CARE for their patients is truly unmatched. Dr. Sharma and KP always answered my questions with detail, kindness, and the made sure I was comfortable in every step of the way throughout my treatments. Dentist visits can be hard for most of us, but with this Team I felt truly cared for and can say I trust them with anything that may come up in the future. They are the very best!

i was hesitant to leave a review but after reading other reviews I must share as well when I went to innovative dentistry they administered anesthetics without telling me they were doing so. I sat in the chair for what I thought was a consultation and all of a sudden I had a needle in my gums. I was horrified and when I let the dentist know I wasn’t aware this was happening her only response was “oh really?” On top of this they told me a tooth of mine was rotting from the inside out. when I got multiple other dentists to check on this, they were confused as the tooth was not rotting. the fear mongering to spend money with them is real.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dental office. I visited DR. KAREN WANG for fillings on August 20th, and during the procedure, she administered multiple anesthesia injections. It was noticeably more painful than usual, making me suspect I had received more injections than necessary. After the filling, the gum around the treated tooth and the tooth above it became sore, with a white septum that occasionally bled. The pain seemed directly related to the fillings. I’ve had multiple fillings done in the past, and I’ve never experienced an infection like this before. I hoped it would subside on its own, but when it didn’t, I sent several emails requesting a follow-up appointment. When they finally scheduled me, the doctor brushed off my concerns, suggesting the pain was due to the proximity of my wisdom tooth and that the gums were likely touching it. Despite brushing and flossing diligently, the pain persisted, and I experienced bleeding during flossing. Later, I developed a fever of 101.5°F. When I informed the office, instead of offering help, they advised me to see my PCP, dismissing any connection between the fever and my sore gums. Their reasoning was that because I could still open my mouth, the fever couldn’t be related to a dental issue. My PCP, who knows my medical history, suggested that the fever was likely due to a dental infection. The dentist's office has since been unresponsive and unwilling to assist further. Adding to my frustration, I had previously shared a panoramic X-ray of my wisdom tooth, which was slightly outdated but still accurate since there had been no changes in my mouth. However, Dr. Simran Sharma insisted on taking a new X-ray, citing concerns about potential lawsuits if they didn’t perform a new evaluation, claiming "mouth structures change." They later informed me that I would need to see a different specialist for a wisdom tooth extraction because my case was deemed "complicated." If their doctors aren’t experienced enough to handle a simple wisdom tooth extraction, why did they insist on taking a new panoramic X-ray in the first place? This practice seems more focused on making money than providing quality care. They charged extra for procedures like laser cleaning during a routine cleaning, something I've never encountered at other dentists. Stay away from these unskilled, money-minded people, whose sole purpose seems to be making as much money as possible by doing a terrible job.
