Innovative Dental of Springfield

Great service, nice atmosphere, and hi-tech equipment. At this place, I can relax and trust the doctor or nurse. I am grateful for Abbi’s work today. It is such a sweet experience when the door opens for you automatically, you can have a seat in a great area, and your nurse has a picture of you so you don’t have to worry about not hearing your name. We have a membership for a year that covers cleaning, one consultation, and a check exam, as well as some discounts for treatment. The prices are higher than other offices around, but I haven’t tried them yet to compare. So, if you want to be sure of clean and new equipment for your teeth, this is the right place to try. And yes, every time they treat me to some coffee, which I really like.? and yes, last time they gave me a cap and this time a toothbrush, toothpaste, lip balm and floss. It is so nice from them to have in scheduling this small things that really works for me)

Absolutely love this place! I see this place all the time when I drive over to Springfield, and I found it intimidating at first. After making an appointment though, my opinion of this place completely changed. Everyone is accomodating, and they care about you so much! I had Ashley do my x-rays and stuff, and she is super sweet! I think everyone is just super kind and sweet, so I wasn't at all intimidated. And I GOT free stuff? How awesome is that!? ?

Our hygienist today was so wonderful! She was extremely kind and helpful and my daughter felt so taken care of at her dentist appointment. She explained everything she was going to do so well before she did it and it made for a very comfortable visit. Very impressed with every single staff member at Innovative Dental! They all go out of their way to make it a great experience every single time. Very thankful for this place!

Everything about this dental experience was great! Hannah was wonderful helping my wife be comfortable as a new patient! Dr Downs was very thorough. The facility is state of the art! Hygienist, Emily G, was super! We love going to the dentist now!

Gorgeous facility - the water features help take the anxiety out of going to the dentist. Dr. Megan's bedside manner is authentic and informative. Danika was so pleasant and friendly to acquaint with upon arrival and so personable. Emily, the hygienist was so sweet and gentle. She talked me through the whole process always ensuring I was comfortable and understood what she was doing. Wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend!

My experience with Innovative has been nothing less than superb! Morgan did my first patient intake and was so personable and knowledgeable! Dr. Jordan had a great diagnostic plan that I feel confident about and had me excited to start treatment. Her chair side manner was soothing and made me feel like my input and opinions about my treatment plan were valued. Abbi did a fantastic job with my cleaning! Abbi was gentle and thorough. Everyone has been incredibly kind and accommodating. The entire staff is welcoming, from the moment you walk in, to the second the hygienist walks you back at the end of your visit. Everyone is more than happy to answer questions or address any concerns leaving me feeling comfortable and assured. I am extremely grateful for how confident Innovative Dental made me feel!

My very first experience with Inovative Dental was beyond excellent. My treatment coordinator Hannah did a wonderful job explaining the process from start to finish. She was very detail oriented and was very attentive to my needs and concerns while making sure I knew exactly what to expect at my first appointment. I also want to give Abbie Hernandez a shout out as well. She came in and did my first cleaning. She was very gentle and allowed me to take time to prepare myself. At all times Abbie was making sure I was in no pain and comfortable. I want to again thank Hannah and Abbie for and their team for making my first visit a stress free and pleasant experience. I look forward to my next visit.

My experience was +10 star. I cannot rave enough about the friendliness, professionalism, and kindness I was shown. They are the happiest kindest dental professionals I have ever visited in my life! This will be my only and last dental office for life! I would highly recommend these professionals for any and all dental needs! What an absolute blessing to be in their care!!!

This was my first time at Innovative Dental and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The customer care is outstanding, taking every opportunity to assure the patient is comfortable and relaxed. Danika and Dr. Downs were both so kind, patient, tolerant of my questions and really took their time getting to know me as a person, not just another patient. My treatment plan was carefully explained in great detail although easy to understand by a lay person. I appreciate them all and will be back. Highly recommended!
