I have been working with Innovatech Dental Lab for over 10 years for my orthodontic practice's needs, specifically for custom retainers and various orthodontic appliances. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. It is a breeze to deliver a retainer when they fit so well without adjustments. In addition, you can get personal service as well. If you need to be creative with an appliance, all you need to do is to give them a call to discuss the case. Also, they won’t mind to expedite the services if you have a rush-order. We have been working with InnovaTech for about a year, and I wish we had found them years ago! From the perspective of a 20+years of experience as a dental assistant, it's nearly impossible to find a lab that provides the level of service we get. Abe and his team are excellent about communication, shipping, and the appliances/retainers themselves! We spent years dealing with shipping issues, fit issues, and other things we accepted as "normal", until Abe. I have seen their lab in person, and can attest it's clean, organized, streamlined, and they have a very high standard. If we need a case to be rushed, they are happy to do what they can (no, you can't submit a case at 5pm Friday and expect to get it back at 10 am the day before you submit it!). Abe designed the first stage retainer we absolutely LOVE, and our fight w/first stage retention is over! Our main office is located in Tappahannock, VA and even though we are at the ends of the earth for some folks, Abe has never made us feel that way. If you are considering changing the dental lab you are using, I would only use InnovaTech if you want excellent service, great communcation, and a fabulous relationship with your lab. We use EasyRx to submit our cases, as our work is completely digital. It's a streamlined and easy process, and Innovatech is one of the few labs that also "checks in" lab work on their end so that we see real time updates in EasyRx also.
