Response to owner: although you do have a diverse staff - which is one reason I chose to attend this location on top of the fact that the place was recommended to me by a minority female. It does not negate my experience with this particular dentist, it does not eliminate the way I was treated, and made to feel uncomfortable. Nor does it console the pain in my tooth or the money I’ve lost paying you all for poor service. Nor does it take away from what I literally witnessed with my own eyes, as I watched this dentist change his interaction style with another patient. Your objection doesn’t change my reality. — — —- Be careful and/or avoid Rodriguez if you are a minority female! I’ve been experiencing sharp pains in my tooth ever since he hurriedly and roughly “fixed my tooth”. Not sure if he hit a nerve or what but I’ve never had pain months later after a procedure. He treated me like he had better things to do. He is a larger male, and while tools were in my mouth, seemed to think it was appropriate to have his stomach up against my cheek. Once the procedure was finished, I walked past the room while he was with a white female patient. He thought enough of her to sit down and complete her work, as opposed to having his body pressed up against her face. A very uncomfortable and strange encounter that I just decided to move forward from as I found an amazing dentist a week later to assist me with my cleaning and check up.

Inman Park Dentistry Introduce

Welcome to Inman Park Dentistry, located in Atlanta, Georgia. As part of the Theme Park Directory, we are providing information about this dental practice. Inman Park Dentistry offers general dental services to patients in the local community.

Patients have reported significantly contrasting experiences at Inman Park Dentistry. One patient expressed disappointment with the declining quality of services. They reported an improperly done filling in 2022, which required a redo a year later, for which they were charged despite it being the dentist's fault. During a recent cleaning, their permanent retainer was mishandled, and the dentist's attempt to fix it was unsuccessful, affecting their plastic retainer. They were also billed despite assurances from the front desk that they would not be. They recommended seeking a new dentist and expressed concerns about further decline due to office expansion. They also stated they would prefer getting dental work done by their family members who are dentists, instead of this location.

Conversely, another patient had a highly positive experience, stating that Inman Park Dentistry is the "best dentist" they have ever been to. They praised Dr. Rodriguez and his staff, including the front desk, hygienists, and techs, for their amazing service and pride in their work. They highlighted the front desk's efforts to accommodate their schedule, including putting them on a short list for cancellations. They also noted the fun artwork around the office, reflecting Dr. Rodriguez's passion for his practice. They highly recommended Inman Park Dentistry.

The reviews present a mixed picture, with serious concerns about declining service quality and billing issues, alongside strong praise for Dr. Rodriguez and his staff's professionalism and care.
