I loved my experience with this dental team! I felt very welcomed as a first time patient, and very well taken care of by all the staff and Dr. Quint. She was very sweet and gentle when working with my teeth. I was also impressed with her knowledge and felt I could definitely trust her with my dental care. Very thankful for the work they do here and for their dedication to a holistic approach!

If you want a dentist that no longer gives you anxiety at the thought of going, this is your place! Friendly and welcoming, making it their job to make you feel comfortable, it is no longer a dread to go see my dentist. Dr. Quinn is fantastic as are all of her staff. Their methods are gentle and holistic, having the perfect balance of modern and natural methods of dental health.

I came to ID for holistic oral care and Dr Reese did not disappoint. He not only affirmed but assured xrays were not pushed. He was kind, calm & so personable. I was over the moon. This morning, my experience with Kaitlynne and Dr. Quint left me unsure what to do, numb. I've never had such an unpleasant experience with oral care. First thing, they wanted xrays & I explained I was having no issues & would not like them done. From that moment, things changed in their attitude & treatment of me. I sat quietly (as normal during oral care). I was never asked if I needed to swallow or take a minute (or asked if all was okay). Just roughly kept going. My lips were drying, and they would tug hard, causing my lip to feel like it was tearing. The sharp tool used to break away the plaque scraped my gums several times and also my lip. When Kaitlynne was cleaning my teeth, the brush was scrubbed back and forth on my teeth rather than one tooth at a time (maybe cleaning has changed over the last 6 months?). The cleaning tool was knocked against my teeth, gums, and cheek aggressively, causing some flinching with pain from me. I was then asked, "Is there anything bothering you with what I'm doing?" I stated,"You are not bothering me. But I have flinched in pain from some of the hitting of my teeth, gums, and cheeks. " No words of "I'm sorry", "oops", or anything. She did say, "I can be as gentle as you like. Just let me know. " I was unaware that one needed to ask to be treated with gentleness. I then declined the flossing, as it all needed to just end for me. The passive-aggressive treatment was so unprofessional, but the aggressive handling of my mouth was simply hurtful and disappointing. Dr. Reese had a beautiful practice, and I'm sorry it is not being carried on. I sat on this all day as to whether I should post my experience, even after spitting out blood when I got home (this has NEVER occurred from a cleaning in my life). I am so very sorry I cannot share in the positive comments about Kaitlynne and Dr Quint. The gals out front have always been super kind and friendly. I will be canceling my 6 Mos appt as I cannot image paying out of pocket to be handled so unkind and hurtful. I truly hope this opens their eyes and causes rethinking on how to treat another human being. While there was more that could be shared about this morning, I believe I have said enough. I am certain there will be lots of pleasant experiences to come from ID. Unfortunately, this one, for me, was not at all. ****ADDITIONAL RESPONSE I received a call from Dr Quint immediately to talk about the above experience. We spoke at great length. She asked me how they could make up for, repair the situation and I asked her what are her thoughts on how one "makes up for or repairs" because i do not know how that happens, honestly. She presented her thoughts and asked if I was willing to sit on it and speak again. Today, after speaking with Cassie, office manager, I am settled with everything. I truly appreciate you, Cassie, and your genuine care! I explained my feeling of vulnerability with everything and that I trust my following care will be with the other day behind us. I look forward to continuing my oral care with ID. I truly appreciate the care with following this situation to a positive closure.

Absolutely love this dental practice!!! Dr. Reese and Dr. Quint are absolutely incredible doctors. They are so knowledgeable. I love their unique approach to full body, patient care. The team at Indianapolis Dentistry is also absolutely wonderful. You can tell they care about each patient, want to make their patients have an exceptional experience and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this exceptional team!!!
