I absolutely recommend IMAGE Orthodontist!! Sonia and Dr. Wong exceeded my expectations! I came in for a consultation to potentially start Invisalign and Dr. Wong was quick and straightforward with what are the main concerns that we would need to focus on during my treatment to achieve my perfect smile. Sonia was very sweet and super helpful with treatment cost and answering any questions and concerns I had. Must say, they have a great staff overall!

DO NOT COME HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. I AM EXTREMELY FUSTRATED, and am writing this review at 5am since I can’t go to sleep and am so upset about this. The male doctor here has no emotional intelligence AT ALL!! It’s like he’s never worked a customer service job ever. Despite this I was still polite with him as I wanted him to fix my teeth. But as soon as I asked him for one little change and shared with him I didn’t like the end result because my bite wasn’t full aligned and my two front teeth were sticking forward. He immediately got offended, it was like talking to a child who couldn’t handle feedback. I felt super uncomfortable talking to him. He was getting mad and loud. And more importantly I did not feel safe or cared for at all. This place is also just setup to run as a quantity vs quality business. From my time here it was clear to me they are setup to just take as many clients possible. I’ve been a patient for 2 years and I’ve seen the doctors for no more then 1 hour TOTAL!! This clinic has no regard for what their patients go through. I have to wear the retainers for two years with rubber bands brushing my teeth 3 times a day. All to come back to a doctor that couldn’t care less about you, barely giving you the time of day, and when you ask for their time they make you feel guilty and horrible because the doctor is like a baby who simply will get offended and not listen to you if you share how you feel about your teeth. Not to mention that they never assigned me 1 doctor it was always switching back and forth between two doctors. I should’ve seen the red flags when I first signed up. The doctor was ignorant and in a rush when they first met me, the lady handling the clients had a demonic look to her that never sat right with me. If you come here, I can guarantee you right now that you will regret it.

Sonia was amazing at check in! Very thorough with explanations with a warm and cool personality. I can't wait to get my daughter's braces journey started today.

Everything about Image Orthodotics is great! Everybody is nice, funny, and make my mom and feel welcomed. Angeline and Dr. Cua helped me out today and did an amazing job!

It’s impossible to get an appointment for follow up. I’ve been coming here for two years now and it’s gotten worse and worse. Doctor told me to come back in a month, but next available appointment is in THREE months. This has happened multiple times. They need to stop taking new patients, which is the easiest appointment get. They keep getting people in the door but not out.
