Ideal Dental Melrose

The appointment time is 03:00. I arrived early. But they kept me waiting for 47 minutes. I waited for almost an hour. They wasted 47 minutes of my time. I don't understand why. The whole process is painful. Many times I tried to hold back a toothache. The water is sprayed numerous times on the face and outside the mouth. The dentist performs the first half. The second half will be dental assistants. I don't understand why cleaning teeth is so unprofessional when it's such a common job. The whole process is painful. I don't understand why cleaning teeth is so unprofessional when it's such a common job. The terrible cleaning service today made me miserable. A bad dental clinic would make me want to leave the city. But I have to admit that the first time Dr. Adam Randazzo personally cleaned my teeth, the whole process was delicate and gentle. I used to have my own dentist in another country. I was treated sincerely by all the dentists. I've been friends with my dentist, Gracy, since 2017. Comparing the dental clinic I used to have with the dental clinic I have now, I am very disappointed. The sun is shining, I see only the shadows of rudeness.

Easy access to find. They have very accessible parking lot structure. The Dental front staff is nice and show gratitude to your care and needs. The decor is very contour and smooth black ,white and grey. Very Clean and Classic!! Arrival time was 8:53am for appointment time 9:00am. Waited for about 11 minutes So far so good. Wait for Part 2 of the final review with the Dentist and how it went. PART 2 Once I got in my x-rays were done by a beautiful queen name SAPPHIRE she was very attentive, very gentle with the x-rays, knowing that I was in pain first time where it actually felt welcoming, and I’ve never laughed as hard as I did, and cried at the same time due to me being in pain. WHEN THE DOCTOR DID COME IN DOCTOR ADAMS R, he explained what my treatment plan was going to be and as much as I didn’t get what I wanted done I’m very happy that he persuaded a more safer plan to go about my visit just so that we knew together that doing things right the first time is better than doing things the wrong way and a procedure going south so it was very appreciative about that. I’ll see you in two weeks for my procedure, we need doctors that are like that. And then also last, but not least the gentleman at the front his name is Jacob. He went over my treatment plan with me, told me what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible for he knew knowledge, and he was very understanding the information this is one of the best dental offices recommended. And for those who have Medicaid or Dente quest, they do except always make sure that you contact the office first and provide your information so that they can accurately plan and process what you need done.

I went in for a dental cleaning and it was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had. In fact, it’s the only painful dental cleaning I’ve ever had. I now have red spots on my gums above my teeth where they were aggressively drilled/stabbed. This was my second visit to Ideal Dental Melrose, and the first time I did not have any problems (it was a different dentist cleaning my teeth). The second time, though, was painful enough to cause me to find a new dentist office. I’ve never had an unpleasant dentist experience in my 27 years of life until this visit, and I didn’t like the response they gave when I shared my concerns about my gums after the fact.

Want to feel welcome or at home & also be around warm smiles & love, this is your place. They are so nice. They make sure they get u in & out. Very affordable prices with insurance & so helpful. Jacob, Safire, & the other receptionist are soooo loving. The dentist is so good at his job it only takes him a few minutes & he will have u feeling delightful all over again. Definitely 5 stars from me. No judgement zone at all & I just feel so comfortable in a place of business. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dentist office. Hurry & book your appointments I promise u won’t regret it.

I went in with extreme anxiety from previous dentist visits with other dentist. The front office staff as well as the hygienist and the dentist all made me feel at ease. They explained things in a way that I could understand and I knew I made the right choice choosing them.

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm a new patient, and it took 20-25 mins in the waiting room before i was seen. Took 1 xray then I waited some more. Took a few pictures then I waited again. I was there for an hr and spent majority of time waiting. Had to end my visit short to get back to work. I never saw the dentist in that hour because he was "busy with other patients" and they wouldn't start cleaning until the dentist saw me. I was told to schedule in the morning if I didnt want delays. I transfered care from the vanderbilt dental clinic (great care and patient experience) due to my work insurance changing. I have never had this poor of a first patient experience before, which is why I'm leaving a review. I'm going to come back Monday to finish this first visit. Hopefully I have a better experience then or else I'll change providers.

Highly recommended!!!!! The whole atmosphere was amazing. The staff was so welcoming from the front desk, dental assistant, to he dentist. I had to get 2 root canals and went from nervousness to laughter due to their Amazing personalities and performance! I'm one happy lady and can't wait to finish this beautiful smile they are helping me create!!!!
