Customer Reviews
Amazing place! From the moment I walked in I was greeted so kindly and the ambiance was amazing. Everyone was so kind and both the doctor and dental assistant were very good at listening to my concerns and explaining everything very well. At no point did I feel rushed and I will recommend this place to my friends and family. 10/10
My experience was very friendly. Made me feel very welcome and at home. Made sure I was comfortable through my procedure and set up an affordable payment plan for Invisalign. Joanne and Yanna were very nice and a great help to making my process run smoothly.
If you want to waste your time come and visit this office, they schedule your appointments for an specific hour and then due to "heavy day" they let you wait more than an hour to let you know that you need to wait another hour to be attended, and you treatment is a one hour treatment and then they reschedule the appointment with a smile in a face. Fun fact, they gave the same excuse for two consecutive visits, I would change the office if I could without doubt. This has nothing to do with front desk personel, they have always been very professional and some of the dental assistant as well.
The friendliest staff I’ve come across in the dental care industry. They are a very clean dental clinic with the latest equipment, they were prompt, super friendly and straightforward with treatment plans along with pricing. I had a great experience and rapport with Jessica, and Dr. Vidali (I might have spelled her name wrong) but overall was a great first visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a primary dental care facility!
The office is fine, the staff is fine but they had poor communication and at the end of my appointment they “just realized” that my insurance in fact did Not cover their exam, even though at the time of booking the appointment I was told my insurance would cover the service. $150 down the drain and I couldn’t even get a cleaning because they had to do another service that was not covered. It’s ridiculous they tell you your insurance will cover but then at the end of the appointment tell you it doesn’t. Will not return due to lack of communication. Also… let people know their bill BEFORE you do the service. I would’ve not done it had I known all the treatments recommended to me wouldn’t even be covered by my insurance.
The dental care I did experience was fine. They were able to show me exactly what was going on with my teeth. However, I presented with high blood pressure at the office. I have a history of high bp but also high medical anxiety so the bp was presenting abnormally and artificially high. Due to this, they would not even clean my teeth. I understand acting out of caution but I do not believe scraping some plaque off and brushing my teeth has anything to do with my blood pressure. All I wanted was a cleaning and I feel that I wasted an hour being embarrassed in the office. Prior to this I had not seen a dentist in years due to anxiety. I finally worked up the nerve to go and frankly after this experience I will probably delay receiving care again for a while. They gave me a release form for my doctor to sign for treatment, and even though I have adjusted my treatment for blood pressure with my doctor since my visit I will not be back to this office.
Before visiting consider this: - This office is very quick to exhaust all of your benefits. - Call your insurance to see which type of x-rays you can have done in a 12 and 36 month period. Because they will siphon your benefits without prior explanation. - They will tack on "mandatory" services (an specific gum wash through a very small needle. I forgot the correct term for it) not covered by they insurance which are absolutely absurd and unnecessary and they will not do any work unless you agree to them. How are they absurd? In all the years I've had dental work, none of the 7 offices of different providers these were necessary. - The biggest one, which they do not tell you, "your xrays" are not yours. Even if you pay for them by law they are not required to share them with you or any provider. - They LOVE to send patients for root canals. Thankfully I didn't go to their referral and looked for another one. When the surgeon saw me he laughed at their recommendation. And said this clinic's do this constantly. - Last but not least, I've been hung up on 3 times and directed 2 times to a voice mail box that never comes on to leave a message. If you had a positive experience, good for you. You dodge a bullet. As for me, they are shady AF.
Jesus Christ!! Legend!! Epic!!! Too easy!! I spoke with Vanessa and she booked my appointment!! Natalie checked me in and was super friendly!! Victoria took my panaramics and gentle!! Yaana assisted me with Dra. Andrea Castillo and they crushed!! If you want perfection, don’t hesitate!!
