Ideal Dental Decatur

Today I had a deep cleaning and fitting for a partial upper and lower . I’ve been to this office in the past and was left very disappointed with the service to the point I thought I’d never return, but decided to give them one more chance . It seems a lot has changed for the better with more skilled staff that really make you feel at ease and explain things clearly with each procedure. The office was even expanded to accommodate more people. I’m looking forward to future visits knowing that I’m in good hands .

I was a first time patient here, I came in for an emergency visit, and I was in excruciating pain. To say that I appreciate Dr Fuller and her team is an understatement. They were able to get me in for a same day appointment, and did not disappoint! I was skeptical that I may be overcharged (due to some other reviews), but that was not the case. Dr. Fuller was compassionate and considerate, and got me in and out with no down time or “fluff”. I can’t say thank you enough. From the time you walk in, til you check out..the ideal dentist team stands by the phrase “how can I make you smile today?” It was a great experience and I will be back for all future dental needs! :)

Staff is very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Both employees at the front desk went above and beyond for me. Everyone greeted me with a smile. The day of my appointment I was so exhausted and the staff was very patient and kind to me. I appreciate every staff member I had contact with. Thank you Ideal Dental Decatur.

Loved my visit and care here. They were incredibly efficient and professional. They took time and care to answer my questions. They were also happy and pleasant people. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
