Idaho Smiles is fantastic! From the minute you step into the office until you leave everyone is smiling and so friendly. They bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. I moved to Idaho Falls over 1 year ago and was in desperate need of a root canal. What a wonderful experience..if you can say that about a root canal. Idaho Smiles is the BEST dental office in Idaho Falls. Dr Frandsen makes you feel truly important and he really cares about your wishes. I think he can pull a rabbit out of a hat..even when you think that there is no way. What a great dental experience. Thank you Idaho Smiles for making patients feel like family.

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Griffin was able to get me in right away. He did a great job fixing my tooth and the experience was pain free. I appreciated his attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable the whole time!

Wow, just wow! Genuinely one of the nicest dentists offices I have dealt with. Their staff is so genuine and Dr. Frandsen is fantastic! I was dumb founded when I was checking out that they handed me a gift card to Walmart! Are you kidding me? I have insurance and paid nothing out of pocket....so I felt like I got paid to go to the dentist! You bet I will refer ANYONE there!

Dr Frandsen is an amazing dentist. He really cares about his patients and never makes me feel like he is rushed for time during our checkups. I appreciate that he is honest, stays up to date on procedures and equipment, and performs great quality work. His office staff, assistants, and hygienists are friendly and helpful and also do a great job.

Dr. Frandsen has been my dentist now for about eight years. I’m really quite impressed with him. He is up on the newest and latest technology, he doesn’t just go ahead and do things because he can. He does things because they are necessary. And if it’s not necessary, he will ask your opinion. You cannot go wrong with Idaho Falls smiles :-)
