I recently visited Icon Orthodontics: Surprise , and I must say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. What stood out the most was their genuine care for customers. They took the time to listen to my needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure all my questions were answered. The level of professionalism and patience displayed by the team was truly impressive. The atmosphere was also fantastic—clean, well-organized, and inviting. I left feeling not only satisfied with the service but also genuinely appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to find such a combination of great service and a pleasant environment these days. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Excellent office and amazing staff! I had my first visit and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! As someone who was a bit anxious about getting braces for the first time , their friendly attitude really helped! Dr.Sarpo is definitely good at what he does , he is very thorough and patient while explaining the whole process and all my questions were answered with care and it never felt rushed. 100% recommend!

One of the best in the biz! I love my smile. Dr. Andy and his team took a self conscious guy with crooked teeth and a funky bite and made me a stud! With his chill bed side manner and attention to detail, he slowly unraveled my crooked teeth while uncovering my true potential. Not only is he a doctor but as the process happens, he becomes a friend. Highly recommend this place - great results, fun vibe, great doctor and cool dogs!

Loved this office and all its staff! Sandra was so helpful and nice! Angie was super welcoming and inviting. The doctor was amazing and honest about treatment plans. Would definitely continue care with them.

This place is amazing! I take my nephew here for his braces. He has social anxiety and the staff and doctors definitely put him at ease with their welcoming energy. Every time we leave he always talks about how nice Jenny and Andy are. I couldn’t recommend a better place than this for orthodontics!
