I called 6 different dentists for an emergency crown attachment. Icon was the only one that called me back. They were able to get me in right away and address the situation quickly. The staff was great and very helpful. Dr. Culpepper was amazing. I loved how straightforward she was. I highly recommend Icon. I’m so glad I found them. ???

i have not been to the dentist in over 10 years so i was super nervous but my experience at icon dental was not what i expected it was great learning how to take care of my teeth and really excited about fixing my teeth the staff was great from the front desk to the back room i really thank janet and everyone one who was so patient with me

This office is the absolute best! Would definitely recommend them. Janet, Tina, Hang and Dr. Culpepper are just amazing! I do need a lot of work done so my anxiety was kinda skyrocketing but they take their time with you, make sure you understand everything and don't make you feel bad or belittle you for not being seen sooner. It's like you're here now, let's get you started and we'll work with you so you're not overwhelmed by it all. They let you know you can do it in increments so even the cost isn't overwhelming at once. I love how even if I'm calling to get additional information Janet does call back as soon as she can and I'm not waiting days at a time for a call back. This office truly cares about their patients and the staff is just exceptional!
