I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hyde Park Smile Studio , and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the dental assistants and the X-ray technician. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable.The dental assistants were incredibly attentive and professional. They patiently answered all my questions and ensured I was at ease throughout my appointment. Their expertise and gentle approach made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free.Equally commendable was the X-ray technician. She was highly skilled and efficient, making the process quick and seamless. She explained each step clearly, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Also, I had an amazing experience at this place. The entire staff is bilingual and made sure I felt comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish. This truly made a difference and made me feel very well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back!

✨✨✨✨✨ Dr. Robinson is an exceptional dentist who truly cares about her patients. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding when treating my brother, who has autism. Her gentle approach put him at ease, and she took the time to educate us throughout the process. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such a high level of expertise with genuine compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Robinson to anyone, especially those who may need extra care and patience. She is truly a wonderful doctor!??

I didn’t take the xray, but they billed it to my insurance, even though they taken it out after I talked to them. They didn’t give me a reasonable explanation why they billed it to my insurance, it’s illegal and a form of dental fraud. Yes, I’m the new patient, I told you that I had taken the xray this Feb and emailed you the xray per your request. The dentist saw my xray and did a comprehensive oral exam for me and then made a treatment plan. He knew that I had emailed you my xray, so he didn’t ask me to take xray for the first appointment. The truth is that you billed to me and my insurance company for xray that was not actually provided. For your reply “you left hastily and didn’t allow our front desk to check you out”. You’re telling a lie!!! I asked you to cancel all my appointments and double checked that with you, I also canceled my family members’ appointments because of your dishonesty. I left after you said you have canceled all appointments. I was going to do the left side fillings this morning, but you wasted my time. Of course, I will find an honest and trustworthy practice.

My daughter recently had her first visit here. Everyone was so patient and kind, and they greeted us with a smile. My daughter was happy to share her dreams of becoming a dentist with Dr. Ozzie and Dr. Robinson, who gave her good advice and offered their encouragement and support. I wish we found them sooner, but we're glad we have a new dental home who feels like family already!

When a dentist needs a dentist…who do you go to?? Even with all my years of experience and patient care, it brought joy to my heart to go to an office that was extremely professional, attentive and comfortable. Dr. Ozzie and his team were GREAT! I felt no pain and was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the billing process was. I knew what my obligations were going to be before we even started the procedure. As a person who is high on patient comfort and care……I won’t be going anywhere but to Dr. Ozzie and his team!!

I love my hygienist, Jasmine. She loves her patients and is very meticulous with her work. She's always on time and is very efficient. Also provides easy-to-understand and implement habits for top oral care.

It's always a great experience at.the dentist. I don't have one bad thing to say. I highly recommend. I never have to wait. I'm always taken on time. The workers love their profession and it shows in their work.
