Everyone in the office was very nice. The office was clean and inviting. Each exam room was separate, which has not been the case in other dentist offices I have been in. The hygienist explained each thing she was going to do as she did it. All very professional, but personable. As this was my first visit with them, I was very critical of what might be said. She discovered one of my fillings was very loose, and they managed to squeeze me in that afternoon. The dentist was very pleasant and was very efficient in replacing the filling. My mouth feels great! Thanks! And I'll be back as I felt very comfortable with Hudson Family Dental!

Hudson Family Dental makes going to the dentist a very good experience. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The dental spaces and main office are clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

My old dentist stopped taking insurance and so I ended up here. I was scheduled for a cleaning. Came in, saw the cool fish tank. Verified my information with a girl sitting far from the front desktop. After I confirmed, she said she was "done with me." Who talks to people like that? ====RUDE Headed to my scheduled cleaning which did not happen because my teeth were in such bad shape, I needed a deep cleaning. I felt so sad..I cried. Dentist came in..poked around. Started talking dental talk behind my back and hear the hygienist say..should we tell her? Dr said..I'll get to it. Dentist said..baby steps..and talked around the issues. The coordinator was going to handle it. "They were going to crunch numbers." I asked what did I need to have done. The only thing I was told CLEARLY was a deep cleaning. I asked why my previous dentist didn't mention all this.. During the exam, I kept having to swallow, and it seemed the hygienist didn't account for that.. I had to close my mouth. ===hygienist not empathic or communicative and JUDGIE ===dentist.. not communicative =====NOT PATIENT CENTERED AT ALL Sent me out to the waiting room and wanted for the procedure coordinator..she pulled up a list and wanted to schedule my first crown. Which i didn't know needed replacement... I asked about the cleaning..wouldn't you do that first as my teeth were "festering????"..no..it is to replace an old crown. Shouldn't the dentist be telling me what i need and why? It was just all so sad. I went from a caring sweet attentive dentist to this one..were the hygienist says..don't get upset. I called them back and asked what they were going to bill my insurance...A consult..okay..with whom? The procedure coordinator? ===fraudulent billing practices? I called my old dentist after and asked why i didn't get deep cleaning from them. They said "dentistry is subjective.." ===why isn't there standardization? UPDATE OCT 2024.. Went to a dentist in boston who did not recommend any of the services this practice did. This practice submitted a crazy laundry list of items to my insurance even when I said I wasn't coming back. ($10,000 worth of work) The dentist is top notch in boston and I felt so cared for. I don't want anyone to feel like I did here. I wish it was different. Our teeth are so important and so our emotions.
