I arrived an hour early and was treated like I was right on time. Dr. B was very attentive; he made it easy to feel that you matter while he was treating the problem areas and very good at multitasking. I go back next Year to start a new chapter with what I believe will be beneficial. I'll keep y'all posted on the results. I think it's a good start to the end of a pain and continual complaining. We'll see.... Today Jan. 7, 2025 first dental appointment of the Year and I can say they were still positively professional. I arrived and they took care of business. I was treated with care and concern with every procedure process. Dr. Brian Hudec has the IT FACTOR! as well as his assistant. I wish she would have introduced herself so that could have mentioned her by name,; she to has that multitasking skill that shows her dedication to the Craft. Both of them made sure I was comfortable during the dental work. The location is best served with an honorable mention : 'Outstanding Service Reward' I will be returning in a few weeks to complete dental work and I will have her name for you all next time for sure. I went to the dentist yesterday and got brushed off. He did absolutely nothing, just told me to continue to take my antibiotics and pain meds. Thats not going to help the bone sticking in my cheek. Once I get this piece of bone out of my cheek I will not be returning. I'm in extreme pain and no one seemed to care. And now its the holiday so I have to deal with this pain for 4 days."
