Of all the doctors I have to visit, the dentist is the scariest for me! I decided on the Macedonia location because they were able to schedule me quickly. The person I spoke with was Jasmine. She was very nice, patient, and pleasant. When I arrived for my appointment, she was at the front desk. She was just as warm and friendly as she was on the phone. The office waiting area was cozy and clean. TV and a small table for children. I arrived early and they were able to take me immediately. Keyana, hygienist asst. was very professional and nice. She had a really great personality. She explained the various X-rays that were necessary. Katie, the hygienist was great too. Very thorough with her examine and cleaned my teeth very well. Dr. Thomas was very nice and provided information to care for my teeth. Lisa, the office manager has a real bubbly personality! Very nice and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience and I truly appreciated their support and professionalism. While at first I was very nervous and apprehensive, because of their personalities, professionalism, and genuinely caring attitudes, I felt at ease. I highly recommend this location!

Dr Kissell is a seasoned dentist with a warm smile and kind personality. Amanda, the certified dental technician and dentist assistant was phenomenal. Walked you through every process as she was working on my mouth and preparing my temporary crown which fit and feels like a natural tooth. Hudec is back! Great service, kind and considerate staff.

I was terrified just walking through the door. My last experience haunting me. Amanda's warm smile and friendly demeanor reassured me it would not be the same. I had my tooth pulled and left in tears of joy instead of terror. I have made another apt,and honestly am looking forward to coming back. Thank you Amanda, and Dr. Thomas, for taking not only my pain away, but my anxiety.

Dr. Hudec was great. Gentle and reassuring. Not to mention his dental assistants Amanda and Lindsay always friendly and relatable. Front office is always friendly. I highly recommend.

Dr Thomas or Thompson (not sure which as she barely introduced herself) was absolutely terrible. I have had 8 teeth removed previously with Dr Vernon and had no problem. She didn't tell me ahead of getting in my mouth to verify what we were doing, didn't wait for my mouth to be fully numb before digging in. I will admit I swore fairly loudly after she put the needle in the top of my mouth bc it hurt, which was not very professional of me. However, when I told her when she went to start that it was pain and not pressure she just said it was supposed to be pressure and kept going. When it hurt again I told her it was pain, and she got an attitude and said if I continued she wouldn't be doing the extraction. I asked her how I was supposed to tell her that she was hurting me if that wasn't how, and she walked away and would not work with me. I absolutely love the other people at the office, but she should NOT be working with people if their pain is unimportant to her. That is how people get anxious about and avoid dental healthcare.
