I have been receiving services from your dental clinic for several years. This time I need to complain about the service attitude of the front desk of your Richmond Hill dental clinic. The reason is that after I had my teeth cleaned in mid-April this year, I usually went to the dental clinic again. I made an appointment for the next service, so I made an appointment for teeth cleaning service at 12 noon on October 7. I usually receive a phone reminder one day in advance. However, I received a phone reminder on September 23 and I didn’t listen carefully. I thought it was a general reminder. When I received the reminder call in Mandarin on October 6, I didn't quite understand and mentioned that I had to bring $150 to pay. I asked why and she hung up the phone. Generally, when your company calls us or answers the phone, they will not tell us who they are becausemaybe they are afraid of complaints ! Later I call to the clinic and another lady who answered the phone spoke not very fluent Cantonese. She said they had always do this, and this was the first time I hear the clinic asked the customers remember to bring money! On October 7, when I was driving to the Richmond Hill Clinic, I received a call from the same front desk lady telling me why I hadn't arrived! I told her that my appointment was at 12 o'clock and I didn't know that it was changed to 11:15 am. The lady could argue with me on the phone for 10 minutes and told me not to come to the clinic because I was late. At 6pm that day, I left a message with the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth and told her what happened. She made an appointment for me again during her lunch time on the afternoon of November 11th, but the same receptionist called me a few minutes later. Why did I use another phone number to make another appointment? Because I didn’t want to conflict with them. I feel really strange that the front desk lady of an organization can call and scold the guests casually and ask me to admit my mistakes if I didn't agree.. And the attitude is extremely bad. I asked her are you the Boss she and she said no but that she has the right to decide the reservation time of the guest. I don’t know why your Chinese salespeople always say they are being discriminated against! I didn't even say that I was being discriminated against because I couldn't speak Mandarin and I asked the guests to speak their language and I didn't have the ability to communicate in English! Maybe you are a Chinese company and all your employees are Chinese! I hope your company can retrain their emotions and service attitude. Thank you for your many years of service.

I was in serious pain the entire time the hygienist was working on me. I have had bad cleaning experiences but this time was above the rest. She was constantly picking my gums and I bled a lot. After I left, mouth mouth was pulsing and swollen. It has been 4 months and my gums are still bleeding when I brush and they are constantly inflamed and in pain when I eat. I’ve been using mouthwash and flossing ever since but it keeps reverting back everytime it gets better. Don’t come here at all costs!!

Be careful guys! They try to charge you as mush as they can. They charge whatever maximum to your insurance limit or even overlimit while providing you unnecessary tooth filling/polishing/gel/scaling. I’ve noticed them please do not overcharge my insurance. They charged me $250+. I asked the front desk how much the service gonna charge, she told me she doesn’t know. This is ridiculous when a dental clinic doesn’t know the charge before the service and then tell you to pay extra 250 after service. Feeling really bad and will not come back anymore.

Pretty good. I had my wisdom teeth extracted here and I had almost no pain after the surgery. It was painless enough to the point that i didn't even need to go back for a follow up check. Dr. Benedict Lui performed the extraction while I was there. During the extraction, I was pleasantly surprised by how painless the procedure was. Dr. Benedict Lui and the assisting dental staff maintained open communication, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The post-extraction instructions were clear and concise. I will definitely come back here in the near future.

I usually hate going to dentist. I was very terrified before coming to here. However, Dr Yuan did a fantastic job. She is very patient and she explained to me all the steps. I also have few questions about my teeth, she answered all the questions clearly. The assistant Alysha was very good as well. The receptionist explained all the cost to me patiently. Very well organized and clean. Great experience. Recommend this destiny place to other people.
