I had a WONDERFUL experience at Howard & Howard Dental when I had an appointment to have lip fillers injected. Dr. Jackie was awesome! After having orthodontic work completed, I wanted to complete my smile transformation with a bit of filler and Dr. Jackie helped me do just that! I am so pleased with the fullness yet natural appearance of my lips and will definitely continue to return for touch ups! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had some extensive dental work done from the results of a car wreck. Dr. J an her staff did a great job. Very compassionate staff. It was my first appointment with her. I found a new dentist out of this. Her zn her staff are wonderful.

Great job as always. The staff are pleasant and they all make you feel comfortable and get you right in and right out while doing a professional job. I have had a poor dental experience in the past with another dentist and I'm so happy to have finally found a dentist that is so gentle and able to make me feel at ease. This is the best dental practice l've ever been to. I have been coming here for several years now, Dr.Jacqueline Stump, Dr. Matthew Stump, and Dr. Edward Howard are the best! And Wanda Marie and Jasmine at the front desk is so helpful with any and everything you might have a question about, and the dental hygienists are awesome (Kelley and Julia), just a nice clean and friendly place all around, I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Howard and Howard for years. I highly recommend them! They are caring experienced professionals who are knowledgeable in new techniques and routine care as well. They will go out of their way for their patients! Really excellent!

I went to Howard and Howard last February for one implant tooth and nine new crowns. To date, I have still not received my implant tooth. My mother paid approximately $22,000. The cast for the implant was not taken until late August. I was supposed to have an appointment today, but I knew I had to cancel. I called the office five times and never reached the office, only the answering service. Marie called me today to follow up because I sent an email. I was driving from Williamsburg, VA and desired to have the implant done tomorrow. The office has always been open a half day on Friday. They refused to accommodate me. I would never do this again. It has been 10 months that date. I don’t intend on returning to WV for the holidays or any other reason. Maybe they can ship my tooth or refund the price of the implant.
