I'm new to the Dentist and office and thrilled to be a new patient. Great office staff and the Hygienist was super gentle and thorough. The whole office took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Made me feel at ease during the whole experience. Communicative emails and texts also help to keep me informed as to the schedule and next appointments. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I had an emergency and do not have a dentist currently. I called the office and they were professional and accommodating and did not shy away from the fact that I was not a current patient. From the start to the very end, it was an absolute great experience. I arrived before my appointment and filled out intake forms. Once I got called back, I met with the hygienist who gathered my information for the dentist. Dr. Scheff came in and spoke to me and got some background information about me. He was compassionate, caring, calm, professional, understanding, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough positive things about him (or his staff). He was very careful and went the least invasive route possible. I not only highly recommend him/his office/his staff, but I absolutely will return.

Great experience from start to finish - scheduling an appointment to the diagnosis and the treatment. Never felt rushed or neglected which is unfortunately so common in dental care and general healthcare in the US. Thank you Dr. Scheff and the staff!
