I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Forster! After initially calling and finding out they were booked for three months, I got on the cancellation list and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the very next week. During my visit, I was impressed by Dr. Forster’s attention to detail. After my cleaning, my teeth felt amazing, and he even took the time to polish a small spot I hadn’t noticed. I also had some dental work done, and he made the whole experience comfortable and even enjoyable with his humor. I felt completely at ease and confident in his care. I highly recommend Dr. Forster to anyone looking for a dedicated and skilled dentist!

Dr. Andrew Forster at Hillside Dental at Bethany rescued me from a dental emergency. After being in the area for only a couple of days, I lost a crown late at night. I looked at Google reviews for a local dentist and found that Dr. Forster had rave reviews and a mention of being compassionate. I was on their doorstep when they opened. They were extremely busy (which was a good sign), but the office was so well-run that they were able to assure me that they would completely take care of me. I had an added concern of possible jaw problems that can be caused by dental work because of a medication that I am taking (Zometa). Dr. Forster was completely knowledgeable on the subject and discussed my concern and gave me enough information to realize I did not need to worry. He explained everything he was doing before he did it, which made the whole thing less stressful. I gathered from my time at this practice that Dr. Forster is a very precise, gentle dentist that does high-quality work, and it is obvious that all of the staff not only enjoy their jobs and their work environment but they are good at what they do. I will continue under the care of Dr. Forster, and I highly recommend this practice.

Can't say enough great things about Hillsdale Dental. Very professional and knowledgeable. But also extremely friendly. Who knew going to the dentist could be enjoyable? I have found my forever dentist and hygienist!

Everything went well. I barely waited at all. By the time. The dental hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth thoroughly and paid attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable. As soon as I was done with cleaning, the doctor came in and checked my teeth.

I have been with Dr. Forster at Hillside for about 15 years. I have absolute confidence in his knowledge and skills. He always makes the extra effort to ensure his patient is fully informed of whatever procedure is to be performed. He always asks if you have questions or concerns and addresses them in an unhurried and patient manner. He also seems to posess an endless knowledge of ... almost anything. Of course, as a dental patient, one doesn't have much of an opportunity to challenge his accuracy ... not a lot of dialog. I hope i never have to change dentists.

I had a wonderful experience at Hillside Dental. My son had some food debris stuck between his molars on the afternoon right before a long weekend, causing him significant discomfort. None of the other doctors were available, but thankfully, we found this compassionate and skilled doctor. Despite it being a quick procedure, the doctor was incredibly kind and understanding, promptly removing the debris and relieving my son's discomfort. It may have been a small task, but it made a big difference to us. I am deeply grateful for the care and professionalism shown. God bless the doctor for their timely help!

One of my crowns unexpectedly fell off while I was visiting Portland from out of town and eating some candy. I contacted Hillside Dental at Bethany and they were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to see me the same day and the rebonding procedure was quick and painless. My crown is now fully restored, and I am very grateful for the excellent customer service and dental care that I received from Dr. Forster and his staff. I highly recommend Hillside Dental at Bethany.

Very unfortunate experience. Staff and Doctor both kept on insisting me having X-ray done. I refused as my last X-ray was done 1 year and 2 months back. Doctor told me that they cannot treat me without X-ray. Staff tried educating me how safer is dental x-ray than other devices, but never said that this is 100% safe. I liked the doctor but this incident has changed my opinion. Dental nurse was so bad that she was telling me that it take years to learn about dental, potentially hinting that I don't know anything. Probably I don't, but I don't want to expose my body with more radiation.
