Everyone at this dental office is great. They take care of every need and make sure you are comfortable throughout the entire process. He went out of his way when I had an emergency on vacation and has done great work. I would trust this man with my dental care if I were you.

After spending the last five years searching for a trustworthy dentist in Columbus, I finally found Dr. Reid. From the start, Dr. Reid and the entire staff have been exceptional. They’re not only professional but also genially caring and enthusiastic. They went above and beyond to assist me even before I officially became a patient. The team is personable and attentive, making every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Hilliard Dental Associates for anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable dental team.

I had put off scheduling a dental appointment because my last hygienist (located in an office just around the corner from Hilliard Dental Associates) had been so mean and condescending. So I eventually went to Google reviews to look for a new dentist. (I now always use Google reviews when making a buying decision. I only contact businesses that have a 5.0 rating. I have not yet been disappointed.) When I read one of the reviewers write that the Hilliard Dental Associates were “non-judgmental” (unlike my previous hygienist), I decided to schedule an appointment. I am sure glad I did! The experience I had with Andrea, Darcy and Dr. Reid here was the exact opposite of what I had experienced with my previous dentist. So no need to look any further for a new dentist and don’t put off scheduling your appointment with Hilliard Dental Associates!

Love going to the dentist now. This is the best dental group ever. They are professional, on time, easy to talk to and do a great job of listening and scheduling when i need an appointment. My teeth and gums have never been this healthy.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist until I found this practice. I was shocked by how pleasant my first experience was, and it has remained that way since! Every single person on staff is so kind & personable, and this is the only dentist I’ve been to where the teeth cleaning process is pain- & discomfort-free. I even have to get a filling which would’ve seemed like my worst nightmare anywhere else, but I’m actually not nervous at all bc I trust in them. Highly recommend!
